Dinner menu was a set menu which is ok if staying a couple of nights ,but not when their for a week or longer . Could have done with 2 large towels per person in room .

We were given a standard room with a balcony on our first night, whereas we had booked a junior suite with a balcony for five nights. We realised that it was not what we had paid for the next morning and we were able to move to the junior suite after complaining about it.

The furniture is dated. No slippers and bathrobes. No iron in the room and in hotel. Swimming pool and gym is tiny. But the worst thing is parking, never go there if you have a big car. It’s so narrow and constructed in a ridiculous way, that it is practically impossible to enter it without moving back and forward as there are columns right in front of you when you enter it and the angle is wrong!!! I have never seen such a car park! We damaged our car twice((( There is free parking everywhere in that area. We used the car park as we had loads of bags with us. Very disappointing.

Very dated , corridors quite dark and the swimming pools situation was crazy for a large hotel only 6 sun beds !! The swimming pool was elevated so would be difficult for children and anyone with a disability

Great place in between city and beach,no 19 bus outside,15 mins to both very regular Shopping area across the road 5 mins Dulcet de leche across the road highly recommended Ayora metro 10 min walk,can go to city 4 stops and direct to airport,very quiet area at night

Air-con not very effective Shower bad - water not contained and sprayed around bathroom. Bath possible but uncomfortable because of rim poking into back.

The rooms are not soundproofed - you can hear everything going on in the hallways, including very loud banging from other hotel room doors. Also, bizarrely, you can hear very clearly, as if they were in the same room as you, other people talking, watching TV and other things in their rooms through the vents in the bathroom!

The hotel was fine enough. The swimming pool was nice - small/shallow enough that the water felt warm in the sun :) The hotel was situated very close to bus stops going into the centre and out towards the blue flag beaches. The staff were nice, especially Steven who was very professional and friendly.

The pool small and uninviting. Also the terrace. The breakfast was okay but the coffee was poor and far too many of the food items were in wasteful prepackahed individual portions. Proper fresh yoghurt would have been great.

Tea or Coffee making facilities in the room can be a good add-on. Bathroom sink in Room 717 is clogged, which makes it very unhygienic. Rooms can look much better with a bit of a touch-up paint.

The hotel is exceptional from start to finish. The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of cold cuts, English breakfast items, different types of croissants, and cereals, including a kids' breakfast corner. The room was very clean, and the reception staff spoke English fluently. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it easy to access any part of Valencia. The rooftop pool is very nice and includes a sauna and gym.

The pool was very small and very cold with no proper area to relax in It was also very shaded and cold not possible for a couple to relax pictures very deceiving and disappointing when seen in reality
