Location was perfect, right in the centre of the old town. The rooms were gorgeous, just a few small issues with them.

Stunning property, the rooms are gorgeous and well kept. The shower we had didn’t feel/look clean and no soap was provided to wash our hands when we got there. We had to buy soap the next day. We had a nightmare with finding one of our rooms as we arrived when the reception was closed, they gave us a little nap in how to find it which had the complete wrong wording/directions. Took us an hour and a half to eventually find it. We think they gave us directions to a different room as we unfortunately woke up other guests trying to get into the room that was described. Very very basic amenities. No hand soap?!

The noise of trundling restaurant carts early in the mornings. Needed a bedroom mirror.

Staff were excellent. Coffee and croissant were first class. Meals were excellent. Everybody was happy and courteous.

Above beef BBQ Basico Restaurant. I didn't see a pool either .

Excellent location but ...... above Basico beef bbq restaurant. So if you are vegetarian or vegan do not stay here, meat BBQ smell lunch time and all evening .

Room on ground floor and street corner. In February this was not a problem but might be noisy in summer. TV did not work but we were not there to watch TV.

Beautifully presented room in restored old house. Food in restaurant was excellent. We had half board.

The bathroom had no heating, and being December it was a bit freezing. The shower was leaking, and on the whole a renovation is needed. The mattress is leaning a bit one way. Due to steep stairs the room is not adapted to heavy luggage or young children.

The location is very central and convenient, public parking is nearby. The room under the eaves has charm. The restaurant is very good and with perfect service.

Flushing in the toilet was broken during our stay, but it was repaired on the same day. The shower door was untight and a lot of water was going to the floor. The choice of food for breakfast could have been wider.

Location is perfect, in the center of the old town. The rustic style of the hotel is amazing Friendly and helpful staff.

Had a lovely meal in a restaurant around the corner, but by 10pm, everywhere was closed. It was November though, and I should have expected that.

There is a steak house restaurant in the same building. Our ground floor room was right next to it, so we cold hear shouting of drunk visitors until midnight.

The hotel is charming and is located in the heart of pedestrian old town in one of the historic houses. Amazing way to feel the spirit of the town. The room was refurbished toa great standards - perfect comfy and great modern bathroom. We were on the ground floor so our windows opened right into tourist street (if we opened shutters). It is quiet outside at night.

Only two drawbacks, if you intend to return to turn in for the night before the steak restaurant closes, you will have a job to not be disturbed by the noise of the restaurant. There is an area just outside the door of the ground floor room with sofas, never did establish whether this was intended for the hotel or the restaurant? But it appeared to be an area for restaurant staff and diners to sit and chat late at night , was kind of surreal and odd to have people chatting and laughing right outside the door of the room you were sleeping in . We cured the problem by heading out later and therefore returning after the restaurant had shut , but this might not suit everyone.

Beautiful room , very clean , ideal location, step out of the door right into the Beautiful Old town of Alcudia, great for popping back for anything you might need or to rest.

The city is very nice.. The location of Can Simo is great and staff is very friendly and helpful.. The check-in/out process takes place nearby.. And the breakfast was delicious..

Our room was pretty small and dark and directly above the kitchen and restaurant which meant lots of noise until the early hours. Was not what I was expecting from the website photos and not worth the £200 per night price tag.

Great location for exploring the old city. Pleasant breakfast in the courtyard.

The room didn’t look like the photos on booking.com. The room was fine but the bathroom let it down, new bath needed, very stained around the plug hole and cracks that have been badly sealed.

Hotel Can Simó Petit claims to be 4 stars and it is not close to it. I am uploading photos/videos of the lack of maintenance of the services/facilities. The worst was the bed mattress, which they have to change urgently. It was sinking in the center and was very uncomfortable.
