Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

PortugalThe hotel parking was expensive and it's really hard to park the car there since the spaces are extremely small. There is an underground parking lot right next to the hotel that is half of the price.
The location is good in a central part of the city. It's a 20 mins walk to the Catedral and old town. The breakfast was very good. It has a bus stop in front of the hotel that can take you everywhere. The room was clean and quiet.

Location is good, 5 mins walking to the train station and the bus stop is just in front of the hotel. Room is quiet, large and bright, very clean. Facilty is new. The view from the elevator is great. Front desk very helpful, letting us to check out 30 mins later.

Great location, 5 minutes from train station and parking. Good breakfast and super comfortable bed and good sound insulation. Everywhere was clean and looked after. We had a Queen Bedroom on the last floor and the view over the city and Sierra Nevada was great.

FranceFor vegans, the buffet breakfast is completely not worth the price. There is something to eat (bread, fried vegetables, corn flakes and fruit) but for half the price you can eat better within 5 minutes from the hotel.
The Premium room was very spacious. The location was great, with a bus stop taking you to the center right in front of the entrance. The hotel staff was also friendly.

Nice reception. I was able to check in one hour earlier. Spa ok. Bed excellent. Breakfast fine. Bus in the front of the hotel. Buy a CrediBus card 200m to the left in the station of bus 4 and you travel for 44 cents instead of 1.40 Euro, and the validation is good for 60 minutes on further buses. The hotel lifts are great, but there are some 12-15 stairs from the street to reach the Lobby. Spa on the first floor. Free water in the fridge. Kind personnel.
