the hotel is spotless, the staff are very helpful and friendly. breakfast is excellent with amazing view. meals in general excellent, spa worth a visit . place has a great chill out vibe, very peaceful , luxurious with amazing views, great location for other restaurants , old town and beach.

The rooms are very big and spacious with very comfortable beds, location is excellent. The staff are very friendly, especially lucca who is the barman at the pool bar. Really nice guy full of very good conversation ❤️.

The last night we had some problem with a “gotera” that they didnt solve, water came down from the ceiling in the bathroom. We hope the next guest will have no water :/

The Holidays was really good and relaxing! Luca from the pool bar was amazing! He always had a smile on the face and he recomend us some restaurants nearby where we had The best arroz alicantino! He makes the best coffee in the whole hotel, so if you stay there, dont hesitate to ask for one :)

The only negative but had nothing to do with the hotel itself was the fact that it was very noisy outside on the Marina. I hadn't anticipated for this. There was a stand in the market area which would play loud music until very late, which isn't ideal if you wish to have an early night. To get around this make sure to request a room with a sea view.

One of the best places I've stayed. I was blown away by the room it was outstanding. I had two balconies, one of which stretched round the corner and provided an incredible view of the marina. The room was very spacious and catered to everything I needed. There was a separate living room and a stand a lone bath in front of one of the balconies, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the views.

No Engish speaking TV at all. Couldnt watch the tennis. The staff put on the football for the finals but the room was very small. We went next door to watch the tennis. The bar has to be revamped definately.

Breakfast excellent. The front desk staff were also excellent. The views were beautiful. Easy walk into the old town. Lots of restaurants very near.

The dinner was not always prepared well. Once there were bones in dorado fillet, another time an overly dry chicken. This is not up to the level of my expectations from a 4 star hotel restaurant. But some days it was great tho. Chocolate coulant was the best.

Magnificent view from the room and especially the restaurant! Nice friendly staff, always smiling and willing to help. Great location close by the beach and city centre. Very comfortable suit. Convenient facilities. Good swimming pool. Awesome breakfast.

The shampoo was like Dishwasher detergent it striped my hair. The mint smell of the toiletries made you smell like an after dinner mint.

Second time staying here and will definitely be returning Staff were amazing and made my daughter and I very welcome We felt very looked after, safe and secure Nothing was too much trouble Great location and a lovely spa worth the extra €25 The pool area is perfect and suited our needs even the breeze from the sea helped to keep us cool ! Looking forward to my next visit !

The air conditioning was a bit noisy. We turned it off.

We had a marina view, which was amazing. We didn’t have breakfast as we had a hospital appointment and couldn’t eat before it. The hotel was lovely.

Had my favourite suite again which was a bonus, the hotel is well placed by the marina and local beech, I prefer the view over the Mediterranean when staying here, Breakfast is superb with everything that you need to start the day, Staff through out the hotel are very friendly and are happy to help with any thing you require.

Superior room seating area needs more staff during breakfast hours. It took the one staff member quite a while to take our order each day.

Stayed in Junior suite, bed was super comfortable, bathroom well equipped and bath in room was lovely feature. Everything you need for toiletries and hairdryer. Lovely view and well located. Room has nespresso and milk frother which was a nice little bonus. Reception staff were very helpful.

Nothing special - a bit small refrigerator in the room. I would have liked some ketchup at the breakfast table and cold drinks or Ice available. But the staff helped out perfectly.

Ocean room - large balcony. Excellent location. Very clean and excellent staff.
