We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandI was in a ground level room, at the other side of hotel and there was no view. It was a very expensive room for what you got. Not good value for money. I would not recommend staying on the ground floor. You could hear noises of toilets flushing and noises from cisterns and pipes from my room, all day and night. It was very annoying. The food and drinks are expensive in the hotel.
The staff were all lovely. The breakfast is very good. The pool area and the view to outside from the bar, was very nice.

The beds were two single beds, not so comfortable,we paid for upgraded room and still had to single beds I think if you are being offered an upgrade to better room they should have proper bed 😀 But other then that Hotel is amazing overall.

United KingdomBreakfast was amazing at this hotel. Tasted like home (England) I'm always fussy with tastes of things but this was great. Didn't have dinner so can't comment. Location is perfect for us as we know the area well but never stayed here. Right on the sea front prom. In the middle of all the action and views of the beautiful marina. Great pool area, Playbar was a great place to sit and listen to a DJ early afternoon and a show at night. The staff were so good and helpful with smiley faces. Rooms cleaned daily by lovely staff. Nice mix of clientele, from young to old, which makes for a great atmosphere. We will be back again

The location is great - next to the beach and not far from the airport. The hotel has several pools, great interior in common areas. The beach and the views are stunning as well.

Brilliant location, just next the Marina. And not situated next to a busy road. Straight infront of the hotel is the start of the promenade. Felt very safe in the hotel. Although we did not need to use mobility aids, this hotel has exceptional facilities for those with reduced mobility. Had never seen a hotel to cater so heavily to this before. Our cleaning lady Sonja left our rooms pristine every morning.
