We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdomfood was quite bland and cold some of the time room although very spacious the balcony overlooked kitchen area and quite noisey, wasn't a balcony you'd enjoy sitting on.

United KingdomThe sofa bed had a metal bar that you could feel when lying down so not comfortable at all but when we asked if there was a mattress topper it was provided and much better, should be put on as standard.
Entertainment was great, location was fantastic and beds were comfortable.

United StatesThe music at the pool during the day was too loud and could have been varied. The food at the buffets were mediocre. It was highly annoying that tap water wasn't readily available. When we asked a server for it, he or she always seemed annoyed. Water should be included in the room and board price, no questions asked.
We loved the pool - great activities for the kids, able to find beds poolside. Easy access to the beach - right across the pathway. Rooms were very clean and beautiful view from balcony.

United KingdomThe beds and pillows were really uncomfortable. I got really bad back/neck ache and had to take painkillers before/after sleeping. The sofa bed had a massive ridge/dip in it, wouldnt be suitable for older kids/adults. Being charged 1€ to change pool towels for fresh ones was cheeky considering what we had already paid to stay at hotel. No control over balcony light, just went off at 11. Bathroom was really tired, could do with a freshen up/refurb. Dinner was disappointing - bland and repetitive. The desserts were really nice though. Bacon at breakfast was an odd grey colour for the first few days - just looked off. Half board - no drinks at dinner unless paid for (not even water) and the drinks were quite expensive. The grounds at the back were just pool areas. No greenery, quite bland to look at. Not enough sunbeds for the size of the hotel. Pool was really slippy, kids were sliding about on the tiles/falling over. Access to the infinity pool on the upper level is for premium only (only found this out by poster in the lift) so felt that was mis-sold.
Staff were really friendly. Location was great, right next to the beach. The front of the hotel was pretty. The no reservation of sunbeds so you actually had a chance of getting one. The view from the PlayBar was stunning.

United KingdomThe sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The lifeguard with the red hat was more concerned about sun beds than life guarding. We were worried that if we went to lunch or for a drink or swim as a family that our towels would be removed. Also no floats and rings in the pools which disappointed the kids. Had we had known before we wouldn’t have wasted our money on them.
The breakfast buffet was the best we’ve had in a hotel. Every nationality was catered for. We really enjoyed it. The room was nicely situated with a Beautiful sea view, Clean and cool. The entertainment in the pool was great. Aqua Aerobics and lots of activities for the kids. The night time entertainment was fantastic. Again, best we’ve had in a hotel. Most of the staff were very helpful. we had a fantastic family holiday and would definitely return.

United KingdomFar too busy. The pool was horrendous so much so that we didn’t spend much time there and this was one of the reasons for booking it. Our bathroom products were not replenished at all. The room, a junior suite, was disappointing with a dirty sofa.
Beautiful designed communal areas and pool. The breakfast was good. Reception staff friendly.

RomaniaAll rooms have lateral sea view, except for Premium rooms. It was not specified, so I was a bit dissapointed. Bathrooms are small with the noise from the ventilator disturbing during night. Sunbeds by the pools insuficient. We gave up on fighting for a place and moved by the sea for extra charge sunbeds 7€/pers/day.
Great animation team and program. Good breakfast and dinner.
