Breakfast was chaos especially around 9:15-9:30am. When we left the lady on reception was really miserable - no thank you, no safe travels etc It was very noisy - walls made of paper so you can hear everything going on in adjoining rooms!

Nice looking hotel Roof terrace was nice (although you cannot get drinks or food there). Location is ok for the main party area and the tourist train Warm welcome on arrival Breakfast food choice was good Parking was available but charged at 18€ per night!

The bed I requested was a double bed but we received 2 single beds pushed together that were very slidy. The mattresses were also not that comfortable. I think we expected a double topper over the beds to make it a double as many hotels do.

The size of the room was great, loved the balcony. The breakfast was good, everything was clean, staff nice, Great facilities

The breakfast could have been better. It was advertised as show cooking- usually an omelette is cooked in front of you with ingredients of your choice. this time it was “ there is the omelette “ . it was already cooked with no ingredients- just plain. I would have expected more for the money we paid . we usually visit Las Costas in Lanzarote- the food is lovely there, plus it’s much cheaper to stay at that hotel 🏨

Although there was a safe in the room you had to pay for the use. Should be free in a 4 star hotel.

Check in very efficient. Was able to check in online. Location great. Close to beach, bars, restaurants and shopping. Room very comfortable. Carina did a great job cleaning and providing towels etc. Breakfast was very good. Good choice with fresh fruit, hot and cold food. Facilities were great-indoor and outdoor pools. Gym and massage. Staff were great.-friendly and helpful.

Some restaurant staff very rude especially when brought to her attention that 50-60% of the food was not hot. It was end of season so maybe something to do with it but we were still paying customers.

Top deck area on top floor was very nice & quiet to relax with stunning views of the coastline. Ideal location for Ironman Barca with it situated in the middle of start & finish line.

Wow… Lovely facilities!! The Solarium was gorgeous and the Wellness Centre looked lovely but I didn’t get to use it!!

Such a lovely hotel… Room was quite small but sufficient for a solo traveller!

The train. However it was not working during the night. The staff was not always helpful, especially one of the recepcionist lady.

Room extension advertised but not available . Nine hour layover with no room facilities.

Courteous staff. Good breakfast. Comfortable room with sea view. Pool area with; pool jacuzzi , 2 minutes from the beach, pool restaurant and bar staff excellent. Five minute walk to town centre old world Catalan - busy with all mod cons.

Air condition was not great and it was not completely cold at room. Pool was very small.

The location was very good near restaurants. Breakfast and dinner were good. Jacuzzi on the roof with resting places were great.

Parking possibility is quite far from the hotel, as the restaurant was quite small concidering the size of the hotel there were long queues waiting for a free table.

The front can be a bit noisy with traffic and motorbikes, but there's nothing the hotel can do about that.

The staff are very nice. It's incredibly well located. It's clean. Breakfast is good. The rooftop with the jacuzzi is amazing. For the price, this hotel is better than it's current rating on this site.
