Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location was excellent easy walk to everything. The staff were helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was lovely they even filled our flasks to take away. The room was spotless and beds really comfortable. WiFi was super fast.

FranceThe only thing that let the hotel down was the breakfast buffet. The service was poor, items were not replenished very quickly and the quality generally of the food offering was dissapointing. We would recommend breakfast in one of the many local cafés and restaurants.
The hotel is beautiful and feels very "old school" Spanish. We felt welcome when we arrived and the receptionist was very helpful. The position of the hotel was ideal, situated in a bustling traditional quarter, full of restaurants, shops and life with easy access to the path to the mirador. We would definately stay again if we find ourselves in Granada

Was provided room with twin beds instead of the single double bed requested during booking. For the price paid, I think breakfast should be included.

United KingdomWe're a little disappointed that there was no kettle in the room for an early morning cuppa but could live without that.
The location of the hotel was fantastic little bus at the end of the street to take you up to Alhambra Palace. Lots of tapas bars as you step out of the door. A beautiful city. Breakfast was continental but lots of choice and the lady on the restaurant was lovely. Would definitely stay here again.

SpainA bit noisy during the night if you are a light sleeper. TV was a bit outdated but functional.
The room was spacious enough and very clean. A/C available. Right in the city center, walking distance to the all the touristic attractions and close to bus stops to go to the Alhambra. It's also close to the bus stop to the airport. Breakfast was not included so we did not try it. Surrounded by a lot of restaurants. The staff was nice.
