It has all the good facilities. A large swimming pool, a clean spacious room with balcony and wonderful view. An outside area for a drink. We also had diner a la carte which was very good. Free easy parking.

As many of the comments before me, the beds and pillows were very hard. We've stayed in much cheaper hotels (2/3*) and had much more comfortable beds. So a huge let down. Couldn't believe there was NO shower gel in the bathroom! Coffee or kettle in the room would have been nice. We also went half board, the evening buffet was very poor with the breakfast slightly better but a disappointment for a 5* hotel. The spa was wonderful although a fair number of certain jets in the showers and jacuzzis needed unblocking.

Wonderful hotel in a beautiful setting. We were given a free room upgrade which was brilliant. Beautiful bathroom and a large bedroom with views over the pool. The balcony had chairs as well as sunbeds which was nice. Good soundproofing in the room as we heard no noise once from anywhere once we were in our room. We made use of the Spa as well as massages. Drinks and lunch from the snack bar round the pool was nice, good service.

Overrun with flies.. outside around the pool and worse at small bar amongst the trees. The whole hotel is tired. One can see how it would be luxurious when built but now it’s only a memory. The staff were generally pleasant but all gave the impression that they didn’t want to be there. Air conditioning in rooms seemed to only have one setting … very cold. Not enough Sun loungers so it’s difficult to get one in the morning. Non-Spanish are evicted if you leave the bed for a few minutes. Unpleasant smell along the side of the pool adjacent to the rooms. Bed incredibly hard, my hips ached so much so had to sleep completely on my back! (Aparently, I snore in that position) a little dirty in the bathroom, toothpaste on bath edge (cleaned next day) piece of red plastic on floor for whole stay.

Great staff, lovely room with good views, great facilities, peaceful, good breakfast choices. Staff who looked after us extremely well, Anatael, Antonio, Fran Javier, Alex, Mohamed.

House keeping has a lot to catch up with 5star service. The beds should be placed on some kind of carpet, as on the tiles they make irritating noise every time somebody moves. In room 216 internet signal was very bad.

The beds were a little too firm for us but just our preference. Confusing switches for lighting in our room and some sockets didn't appear to work! No reflection on how we enjoyed our stay but some areas in the room were a little tired. No tea tray or kettle but complimentary water in the fridge.

The staff were really lovely, smart and helpful. The Lobby area is stunning and ample free car parking. The room was very large and plenty of hot water and decent shower pressure in a very large bathroom. Cleaned to a high standard - thank you. Buffet breakfast and dinner had plenty of options. There is a lower cabinet at the buffet area that has warm plates and a microwave to heat up food if required. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool with free pool towels. The indoor pool area looked inviting and water felt a good temperature. A good alternative for serious swimmers.

Not much to dislike really..... the bed was a little hard, but that is a personal preference .

Lovely hotel .very helpful staff. Great location away from the main town ! We especially appreciated the electric car charging facility!! Comfortable room with great view from the balcony and a hugh bath !! Good breakfast too , with a good selection of vegetarian options and soy ,oat and almond milk 😊

We went Christmas Eve and there were a lot of foreigners who complained about noise levels (we had Christmas songs playing on YouTube ) at 7pm which was ridiculous. We had their Christmas buffet but times were from 8pm-11pm so As a Spanish couple Christmas Eve is an important tradition so it was too early. They should respect Spanish times. Music was great but finished at 11:30ish so that was a shame as well. The idea was great but the actual thing was a bit poor.

Nice place , friendly staff. We went in winter so couldn’t make the most of the amenities . Inside pool was a little cold but good for a paddle.

The bedrooms lacked comfort and let down our stay as we wanted to relax but they weren't that comfortable Very dated old wooden furnishings and wallpaper/colours. Old bedspreads. Also no duvet or quilt in December just one thin white sheet. Blankets were provided, but look very old. pillows are uncomfortable (they even told us this at check in, they are obviously aware this is an issue. and said they could send up different pillows, but these replacement ones were not better, extremely firm) The TV has no options except local channels and no options for movies. Heating worked well at least and bathroom was nice size. But the comfort in the bedroom is minimal. this was a shame we felt. Given the price we paid and the great spa/gym it was fine for us for 2 nights, but bedrooms are probably a 3* standard.

The spa is amazing. Excellent treatments, also a huge and lovely spa circuit and excellent value for money. Gym is also excellent very large with lots of techno-gym equipment The bar and drinks are good, and good prices too. The golf was good, also excellent value for money. Friendly staff in all areas of the hotel, spa and golf.

We were Upgraded to a nicer room which was lovely. Dinner and Breakfast were superb. We will stay there again.
