Had a meal in the restaurant, Chicken burger, but this turned up roar. Restaurant staff handled this well, breakfast is basic.

Beautiful location and excellent parking for motorcycles. Cobbled driveway is steep but doable.

Fabulous view of the city. The design and layout of the hotel is wonderful. Rooms large with terrace out onto gardens. It's a 25 min walk to the bridge into the old town. Bathroom is huge. €15 charge for dog

A built on a hill so reception at the top of hill and our room at the bottom. A trek involving a long walk and 2 lifts to get ourselves and our luggage to room. Later discovered another car park at the bottom of the hotel (it was a little hidden) so loading when leaving only involved a ramp and a shorter walk. The could have told us.

Wonderful Room and location on the hill overlooking the city. Restaurant food very good. Restaurant and bar staff also very good. A mostly pleasant experience

Location was fab. A drive into Toledo, but perfect for us. The rooms were great, all amenities and spotless. Lovely pool too and the price was excellent.

The shower didn’t drain and I wanted to take a bath and there was no hot water! Found hair on the bath tub and eyelash extensions on my pillow when I got there. Not very well cleaned. Very old and needs renovation

The wi fi signal is extremely poor and pretty unacceptable for the price you pay for this hotel. Also, the breakfast is limited in choices.

The room was large and spacious a big bathroom and a balcony with views across to the city in the distance. The room had air con and was very quiet. We had a great nights sleep after a day travelling. The breakfast was buffet style with hot and cold continental and cooked breakfast choices.

Shower was defective but the second shower over the bath was fine as an alternative. Drinks at the bar were a bit expensive for Spain.

The location is great. The view is fantastic, big balcony, spacious bathroom. Huge garden. Both breakfast and dinner were great,five star food. Highly recommend. Pet is allowed.

I had ordered a romantic package and had to remind the staff to bring it to the room and I found the room a little tatty and chair needed recovering and the bedside locker wobble d when I put anything on it the same with the cabinet that held the fridge the screen on the balcony was stained as this was a special occasion I was disappointed

Although “dog friendly “ you couldn’t take your dog into any of the public areas or dining options. Room service sorted this thankfully and the gardens were more than enough to make up for being restricted to our spacious room.

I was allocated a fabulously large room with separate sitting room, terrace and gardens with amazing views. Travelling with my dog this was ideal. Comfortable bed, plush bathroom and decent heating all added to a great stay.
