A bit shabby for a 4 star hotel

I am tall, a hotel like this could have invested in a bit bigger bed. That's one of the starting points.

Nice spot for our bikes, friendly hard working staff.

Advertised with a swimming pool which was in fact empty at the time of our stay in June, hotel should notify guests beforehand if the pool is closed. Dinner menu was very limited

Room and bathroom very clean but a problem with shower drain not working. We were allocated another room very quickly.

Really nice hotel and very good value for money located close to CanFranc Station. Great food from the grill and extremely cheap wines. Good breakfast too.

The weather, as it was tipping it down. So spent a lovely evening in the hotel.

Beautiful setting, lovely clean hotel, easy to locate. The staff were very helpful and friendly especially the receptionist and the waiter. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and at a good price. Definitely would stay there again.

Good and friendly staff. Very good dinner, compliments for the chef cook. Also very rich and tasty breakfast.

The room was quite hot. Bed very hard and not big enough for my 6ft husband.

Super location. Free parking close by. Restaurant and Cafe area very convenient. Friendly and helpful staff.

Booking.com said there were laundry facilities available but there were none. The staff helpfully directed us to a local launderette.

didn’t think breakfast was value for money, the bacon was cold and not cooked well, orange juice was not fresh had a funny tang to it, being in Spain expected fresh orange juice

Dinner was ok, although heavy on the carbs and light on the protein / vegetables. Breakfast was adequate and gave a sufficiently good start to the day. Having only one (rather slow) coffee machine wasn't very efficient for the number of people dining at the same time. There was a foul smell from the drains in our bathroom. We were only there one night, so dnot sure if it was an ongoing issue or not.

The hotel and room was clean, comfortable and perfectly located for our stopover from the south of Spain to the UK. We didn't stay long enough to use many of the facilities unfortunately.

Last year I got COVID-19 just after check in at this hotel and was isolated in my room for a week. I travelled alone. The staff was SO kind and helpful.

The previous time we stayed, there was a very good value menu del dia in the restaurant. This time it was too expensive. This does not seem like a good idea to me. We ate in the village instead

It is an exeptional hotel in a beautiful location. Very good value for money. The rooms are enormous!

Shower head didn’t work properly. The restaurant looked nice but staff were moody and rude for no apparent reason. Dinner was ok. Breakfast was awful—chewy, cold scrambled eggs that looked like they had been cooked the day before.

Great location, nice atmosphere, lovely view, friendly check-in and overall clean.

Very nice hotel, just next to the train station and the old tunnel entrance, and to the city(village) center, with all needed commodities. The hotel is very well organised and provided with all services, restaurant and bar are very nice, restaurant do excellent meat, game room with pool/snooker and soccer table, lovely terrace with view on the surrounding mountains. It was just a 1 night stay on our way to France, but I'd love to come back and stay more, there is a lot of trekking to do in that area.

I would prefer to have a kettle and tea and coffee in the room in place of the fridge.

We loved the location, our room was small but had everything we needed and was comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly despite our lack of Spanish, and were always polite and patient.
