Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GreeceWere there an over 10/10, I would wholeheartedly give it to this hotel. Super clean, cosy, friendly - both human and environmentally- , friendly staff over the expected standards and of course with an excellent taste in colours and design. Let aside the location- central, a supermarket just facing the hotel and everything around within walking distance.

The hotel is so beautiful. The room spacious well-equipped and a lot of natural light. Supermarket opposite is a plus. So many restaurants nearby.

PhilippinesI was not a fan of the layout of our room because the sink was beside the beds as it does not fit the bathroom, which we totally understand it was their way to maximize the space. But i must admit it was a little bit of a challenge to use the sink without getting the area around wet.
The location was central but not noisy, when you close the window you wouldn’t hear anything, it was clean and comfortable.

MalaysiaGROUND FLOOR ROOM EXPOSED TO HIGH NOISE. The room given to me on first night was on ground floor and the window is 10ft away from supermarket next door. I was given the choice of ground floor (3 pax room not what I booked) or single room. I told that I am very light sleeper and have been exhausted from travelling. On first night, the supermarket started loading at 4-5am and only stopped after 7am. It is impossible to sleep even with my ear plugs on as they were using trolley to go up and down from the van. Also the sound from van's forklift. It took me 30 mins to settle the room changing and it was aldy 830am. I proceed to check out and wait for room change. Ended up I can't enjoy Seville at all due to exhaustion and lack of sleep. I hope the management can be considerate in arranging room when a guest mentioned he/she is light sleeper. It was really depressing for me as I aldy worked for 30days 12 hrs nonstop and hoping for a good rest over trip but it didn't happen. Bypillow, please do not give out the ground floor family room to anyone d, thanks...
Staff is nice and responsive especially Salva who was very patient when I told him about my room noise issue. The tapas bar Salmento is really awesome!!!! I regretted only tried on last night. Cleaner was nice. They provide very good luggage storage! And even lemon infused water. The blanket is the besttttt ever I have in any hotel (even 5 stars).
