Staff were very friendly & helpful, clean facilities & a great kitchen. Night meals put on by the hostel were very tasty & unexpected (didn't read the fine print) they were free. Was nice to mingle with a drink & food.

The metal lockers are squeaky and noisy. The room door is loud on closing if people aren’t careful and the first night one guest came in at midnight flicked on the overhead light, made a lot if noise and i ended up having little sleep as a result. He also had an aggressive demeanour and i didn't feel So safe but i spoke to the staff next day and there were no more issues with him after that. I mean on all my hostel experiences so far the guys have been great and this one was different. i think the air con, like all of them, I’ve been experiencing around Europe are not set right. The air cons now make me nervous because otherwise its hot if the rooms are closed. They go off in the middle of the night, you get hot and it it wakes you up, but i might be more sensitive to this than most people.

The late night food was unexpectedly good. Even though this is a social hostel and we are older, we felt at ease here. The staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the size and roominess of it all with the lovely heritage floor tiles in the halls. With the balcony doors open at night, the temperature was perfect for sleeping and i cant remember any issues with the bathroom so it must have been fine. Our room was also far from the kitchen so it was only a bit of traffic noise we had to live with but it was more the occasional loud truck rather than heavy traffic.

Wifi doesn't work well in bedroom, but commuting room is closed midnight until 8am. Because of that or not, some people used mobile with bright light or listened lecture without earphone during sleeping time...

hot shower, fab tea selection, good staff : ) I enjoyed cooking and eating free dinner together with other guests.

Wifi coverage was not extremely poor in the bedrooms and two toilets for large number of people is not enough plus the water for flushing ithe toilet doesnt work very well

The shower cabins are slightly small, but honestly that’s the only bad thing I can say about this place.

I liked the fact that the staff were so friendly, and they really made me feel comfortable.

Some of the shower cubicles on 1st floor could do with maintenance (broken doors or shower heads, poor draining) but always a shower free.

Super friendly staff, lots of travel information, free themed dinner each night & a chance to get to know other guests. Showers and loos always clean & available, large mirrors & good lighting.

The lock on the door to the room is very difficult to open, it needs to be replaced, but in general, it is better to replace the doors, they are really very old. When the neighbors try to open this poorly functioning lock at night, they wake up everyone else. + no curtains on the beds - very uncomfortable to sleep.

Everything it was nice :) Maybe the cabinet doesn't close properly

I have expirience with another hostels in diffrent countrys. Begining to London, where nobody changed bed linen and everything it was dirrty and bleh. So return to 360 Hostel Centro - rating this place on category hostels - it was very very nice! Important for me - it was clean in room, i saw staff whitch clean the dormitory. Shower maybe was small, but ok, also clean not dirty. In toalets always saw a papier, and smelled good Good Idea was cooked spanish food with another peoples in hostel ♥️ And good Idea was went together to the City after cooking :) I met many new friends! :) Sum up - it was realy great! :)

Cleanliness should be improved. The rooms are shared so privacy should be limited and there may be some people going out to bar/nightclubs and coming back late at night. Some may be annoyed by loudly snoring guests.

Location 10/10, cleanliness 7-8/10, room is big enough for 4 of us. It is right at the center and the right one for those who look for a reasonable-priced hostel with a chance of meeting other people, playing chess, cooking their own food, and easy access to other places. Def will stay here another time. A big thanks to the staff and the services in general.

Sometimes the room can be filled with people who snore loudly at night, so for those who expect a quiet place to sleep, you should be aware of this. The floor should be vacuumed sometimes. The toilet and shower area is not super clean but acceptable, they are shared with other guests.

The location is excellent, right in the center, with many nearby restaurants that can be reached within walking distance. The staff is very welcoming and responsive to questions. They also organize events and cooking dinner together for guests.

The hostel has 2 different locations, the photos on booking are just the mix of them, so don't be surprised when you see slightly different facilities. No balcony in our room, unlike the photos, and going on the terrace/balcony is not allowed. Until midnight, it is too loud.
