Late at night was difficult to communicate to get there. Taxi could not enter the street. Bed was uncomfortable, small room with little amenities, TV did not work for other languages nor cable. Lift not working day we arrived.

- Location is excellent, just minutes from Sol - Very clean rooms. Note that these are basic, non-fuss rooms so book with the right expectations. - A/C works very well - Comfortable rooms (small bathroom if that's a concern)

I can't think of anything we didn't like. The owners and staff are friendly and hospitable. We would stay here again.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Our room was and private bathroom were compact and comfortable. The location is fantastic and the price is very good for such a great location, which is why we chose to stay there. We enjoy staying in accommodations like this because you experience more of the local culture and hospitality of Madrilenos.

The location and staff were great. The room was pretty small, and not the same as the photo (the purple room) although I have asked for it a month before. There was a tiny balcony for tiny people. The bad wasn't comfortable, wasn't very bad but still, in the photo above it looks better. I was told all the beds at the facility are the same so I couldn't change rooms due to that. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear the next room but still was still ok for me, maybe I was lucky for not very loud people. Size of the room is good for one person one. The was a great young guy which was an english speaker (thank you !!) but the rest of the stuff didn't know much english.

There is no kettle in the room to make a tea or coffee (but you can ask the receptionist for it :).

Perfect location in the heart of Madrid, by foot or by metro you can get anywhere. Full option to eat around. Silence is an additional value. Plus the old building - you can feel the vintage vibes.

There is no sitting area so you either need to be in your room or out at a cafe. Not a big problem.

The walls were very thin. Door locks were flimsy (but there was 24h desk security). The furniture was minimal and cheap. The fold-down shelf for the luggage was pulling away from the wall, the headboards just planks of plywood that fell off when we leaned against it. The fold-up chairs were not comfortable. No desk. No decor.

Location is great! The family that run this place are nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean.

No real issue, except the bathroom was small including tight shower area. The walls were thin(which was in a review prior to booking). There was a baby crying the first night in the room next door, but we managed. It was okay as that is apart of life when you have little ones.

The location was priceless. Super close to all that Madrid has to offer in relation to attractions such as the palace, the Madrid cathedral, shops, restaurants, and more!

Only one wall socket in the room which I already had read about. So if travelling with a few rechargeable devices a power pack is a must. Bit of a distance from the train station if planning to maybe explore outside of Madrid....

Very central location. Basic but more than adequate accommodation. Had reasearched in advance so knew what to expect. Helpful staff even if english was limited. 24 hour reception too. Room service offered every day. Small double room with comfortable bed and ensuite. Air conditioning was Ideal. Perfect for a short stay or for solo travellers. Great value for money if travelling on a budget Would recommend for a short stay but might not suit everyone especially couples but from what I seen in the property there appeared to be larger rooms also. Would return to Madrid but at a different time of year, 38 plus degrees was hard work. Overall thouugh a thoroughly enjoyable break.

It's a small hotel in the very center of Madrid. Location is great, rooms simple but well-planned. Mine had a good mattress and a fully renovated bathroom. Cleaning was every day and reception was 24 hours. Excellently connected with everything...
