Small rooms packed one next to other so you can hear people coming in, coming out and all that. The bathroom is really small. Overall, it wouod be fine if it was cheaper but for that price it lacks quality.

It was very noisy all the night. Next to the hostel there is a cafe, customers were outside. Even the window was closed sounds outside were listen to much.

The hostel is very clean, has perfect location. It is right in center of Ceuta.

Noisy neighbours with doors slamming, the shower holder was broken and we couldn't get back into the Hostal after breakfast as we were locked out.

The room was dirty: bathroom, towels, sheets, walls. The window broken and we couldn’t close it. The furniture with severe signs of usage. There is no lift! They gave me room on the top floor with a baby car!

The noise was bad but it was Carnival so to be expected. Just put ear plugs and slept like a log.

We had a lovely balcony room with a great view and to collect the keys it’s only like 2 secs down the road you can’t miss it. Ceuta was nice and we enjoyed our weekend break there. The team was friendly and offered to keep our luggage’s after check out. Nice hot showers! Air-cons heaters and bed was comfortable!

Everything was perfect. We had a nice, clean room (we even were able to see a Gibraltar from our balcony :) all staff members we met were really friendly. The location is also perfect. 10 out of 10.

Nice cozy and clean place in a great location. Me and my husband spontaneously decided to stay in Ceuta for one night. The booking process was easy and understandable. The staff was helpful and nice. Check-in and check-out quick and easy.

Water takes too long to warm up. No elevator. Only one low pillow per bed and three towels in the room but I guess we should have asked for more.

Location, relatively clean, TV had stations in Arabic and Spanish that we liked, building is well secured, and the staff were very friendly.

It was way too noisy. There was noise from the street until 3am every day, plus the windows are not insulated so we could heard the noise in the room. There were no chairs to sit. There was almost no water from the tap and shower. Not enough pressure of water. There was not shower mat and they didn’t change my towels in few days. And when they did my towel was dirty with stains. Very disappointing.

I got to this hostal at 1 am. Staff told me that there no more space despite telling him that i have a booking already. This hostal doesn't have the option to check you in upon arrival. I was sent out to look for another hotel to check in while my family was waiting in the car. I walked around the street but was having difficulties locating the other hostel. I I finally got into the hostel at 2.30 am. Plus there's no lift and it's a 3 floor climb which i have probably done about 10 times.

The door is hard to close from the outside (when you are leaving the room). The bolt sticks out too far so it just bangs againt the door jamb. Seems like the other rooms have this issue also, I heard lots of banging, of doors, and the other kind as well. I had to use the Do-Not-Disturb card as a slider so that the bolt would recess while closing, like the reverse of the credit card technique, if that makes sense.

It felt like it was newly built. It's modern and very comfy.

We did not have a key to enter the building and had to ring a bell, even after we had already checked in in another building.

Very clean and central position. We had our own room, even though we were staying at a hostel. True value for money.
