We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location is good, close to the airport and car hire office. The accommodation is in a quiet street and is very clean. Excellent breakfast

If you are after a hotel 12 to 15 mins drive from the airport to stay in, this is great. And at a fair price. What was once a swish hotel but now very well maintained. Staff v.helpful. Nice local restaurants and bars too.

CanadaPlace is a little worn and dark. I found a strong cigarette door through the place. The front staff were doing their job I guess but in three days not a single “ good morning “ as we were coming or going just sit there in utter boredom. I had hoped the place would be convenient to the airport, not really….. options were train back to downtown Madrid then take the airport subway line or 20 minute taxi, there may be better airport hotel options.
Place was safe, comfortable, decent wifi, daily room cleaning if you required, 5 minute walk to the train station. Madrid is getting pricey to find a hotel, if you don’t mind travelling the 20-30 minutes on train / subway lines into downtown then a good option. lots of pretty good coffee shops and restaurants close by.

FranceUnfortunately, the air-conditioning unit placed near the ceiling began to drip water and people in the next room were talking verly loudly at 3 a.m. They did quiet down when I banged on the wall.
The hotel personnel were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable.
