We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe location was a taxi ride away from the Camino (4 ks) and I was not expecting that (my fault, I guess). There were only a few restaurants near the hotel and the one across the road that was open was pretty basic. Hotel walls were quite thin; I was thankful for considerate neighbors.
The host was incredibly helpful throughout my stay and I needed help! Bed was comfy; room clean. The lift was broken down in the morning but the host happily ensured my luggage was downstairs for transfer pick up.

Clean comfortable room. Casa Pazos is off the Camino route and requires a taxi to get there and return to Camino. Limited options for food and supplies- fortunately the restaurant in same building opened for dinner and breakfast. Self checkin, so no interaction with staff.
