The only thing is that you can hear the other guests, the doors opening and closing on the halway as there's no cushioning. You will also keep hearing the waves outside if the wind is strong but you will get used to them by day 2.

I've always wanted a room with view and absolutely loved ours! The hotel is amazingly located right near the beach, in a quiet neighbourhood as it's not so close to the main road. It was recently renovated so it looks way better than the pictures. The electric sockets to charge and place your phone near the bed was an amazing choice of design. There are plenty of things to see around just by walking: caves, divers, cliff jumpers, good restaurants and you can do all that by staying on the balcony so if you choose to stay only in this area without using a car, it's pretty relaxed. The room was cleaned every day and the staff was lovely. Albert, the hotel manager has been very helpful over the Booking chat and Whatsapp as we rented a car through the hotel and we explored more thanks to his recommendations. Mallorca is definitely worth many more visits so we will sure come back!

Location was beyond magic. Having a balcony look over Cala Santanyí was a dream! The rooms were super clean and It was close to everything. I had a 2nd floor apartment and then moved to a courtyard apartment and both were great. The courtyard apartment was huge and absolutely stunning. Albert gave the best service and was extremely helpful in anything I needed. He was always reachable, even outside hours so nothing bad to say. Thank you for giving 5 star service.

The faucet and shower water was salty, it seems like it was saline water running through which was weird. It’s a budget hotel so no room amenities like coffee, tea, kettle, fridge with drinks and the hotel doesn’t serve breakfast.

The location was perfect. There were restaurants nearby and a small convenience store beside the hotel. There’s a bus stop as well where the bus takes you to Santanyi center and there you can take another bus to Palma

WiFi didn’t work. Please be aware that you cannot drink the water from the tap (it was salty when you brush your teeth). Would be great if there are free bottled water provided.

To be aware there are some steps down to the entrance and the path to the sea, although level, is steep.

Hostal Palmaria is a dream place to stay in Mallorca, situated above cove with a nice and clean room. The administrator of the property Albert is very hospitable and give all information you need for comfortable staying. A beautiful place, would like to come back.

It would be great if they would offer coffee facilities. Even if it would put 1 Nespresso machine on the ground floor and people would need to buy the pods.

The view and the beach is fantastic! There is no other hotel with this view in Cala Santanyi. The price for what they offer is fantastic! You do not need a car - everything is in walking distance. Quiet area as well.
