Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Our second stay at Hotel Noguera and it won't be the last. A very quiet hotel, very comfortable, exceptionally clean. Kettle and fridge in the room. Fantastic buffet breakfast including bacon and egg options. Plenty of free parking spaces.

SpainRecommendation: Buy a machine for freshly squezzed orange juice. It is not really more expensive and the customers will appreciate it. The juice that you offer is not drinkable.
Top hotel and place. The rooms are cozy, the food good (and most importantly reasonably priced) and the surroundings nice. We were allowed to use the pool until late, which gives the hotel an extra point. In general, everything was fine. In contrast to most 4 Star Hotels, which offer below-average, overpriced food and a a shitty timetable for the pool, here evrything was fine. Hope it stays like that. Many greetings.

SpainThe walk into town, if we were 10 or 15 years younger, this wouldn't have seemed a problem. The taxi fare was not expensive, so all was fine .
Accommodation was very comfortable and so much more than we had expected. We have stayed in many 4-star hotels that have not met the high standards of Hotel Noguera El Albir. It is good to have coffee and tea making facilities in the hotel room.
