The staff was absolutely stellar (super friendly and helpful, thank you!), the location beyond excellent; it is right in the city centre, next to anything that you need, all within walking distance or easy access via the big metro network. The room was clean, good water pressure, all provided. I would definitely stay here again on my future Madrid travels.

A great location and very clean and comfortable. Inna was really helpful with directions to the property and she organised our taxi back to the airport. Carlos gave us great tips on which attractions to visit and how to get there. Thank you both!

Only that sometimes you get noise from neighbours rooms, but wasn't a big turnoff. The hotel is on a main street, sometimes you get police sirens, but it was fine, didn't bother us.

The location is super central, couldn't have been better.It is accessible to everything. The room size was fine and comfortable, had a nice little balcony. The hotel cleanliness was very good. The staff, especially Inna was very helpful supportive and resourceful. Will definitely book again when going to Madrid, and I recommend it to everyone.

Only complaint is we were not aware building is covered in a material with an ad. One morning two people walked past our window on 4th floor on the scaffolding. I think hotel and Bookings should make that known and offer a discount. Overall I’d still recommend staying there.

Very well located property with very helpful staff. Inna was most helpful. A nice touch was a gift of champagne beer and water. Allowed us in an hour early and held our luggage the last day. Rooms and passageway are nicely decorated.

Beds were comfy, with coffee/tea nook, nice decor, clean bathroom and Inna, the receptionist, was quick to answer all my questions before our stay.

Very nice people, trying to provide anything you need and.make your stay confrotable. You receive all the info you need of how to arrvie form the airport, were to eat tapas or were to do shopping Very clean. Right in the midle of the town.

There isn't much that I didn't like here, the only thing I'd say relates to the building where it's in, that it's one of those historic ones, and hence the lift is very small, but this is just a very small bother.

I have already stayed here, so I wasn't really surprised by what it is a very good budget option, probably a cut above many similarly priced venues in the same city centre area. The place looks like it has been refurbished not that long ago. It is very clean and comfortable and the staff are very helpful. The location is excellent on La Gran Via and close to everything there.

The room wasn't very spacious and I found it a little cramped when trying to move around, but really this was a minor detail since we weren't there to spend time in the room. Also, the building's lower floors were undergoing renovations and the hammering started before 7am on Monday morning.

Friendly reception staff, comfortable bed, fridge in the room with complementary water & wine, good wifi, the room and bathrooms were clean, I didn't find it too noisy (other reviews complained about the thin walls) but you could hear people as they entered and left in the hallway - doesn't bother me though. The terrace was cute and the window/doors blocked out the majority of the street noise.
