You have to climb up to the third floor which for older people or with heavy lagguages is not easy! The location is in a party area so sometimes there are lot of nőies. However Windows were good enough to filter most of the noises.

Very freindly and helpful staff, clean room, perfect location, close to everything in the center. Many shops nearby, every decond day the change towels, everyday cleaning of the rooms! Very good price/ quality ratio!

The comfort of the bed was average. Rom cleaning was good.

Bathroom : it was a box in the corner of the room, weird No air conditioning: the room had a ceiling fan, we tried it, but it wasn't looking stable when rotating so we turned it off No elevator: rooms are on the 4th floor, if you have bigger luggage like we did, very challenging

Location - great, city centre, 5min from the Grand Via metro station Very clean

Might be a bit difficult to find as signage not great. I arrived by taxi which was OK.

Very central hotel close to the Gran Via. Quite a busy street for nightclubs but no problem with noise. Value for money.

It gets pretty (VERY) hot and the rooms are small. One bathroom for several rooms could be an issue, although I personally was fine. There are a lot of stairs, so be aware of that. The staff were very kind.

The room and bathroom were both clean and tidy. Pretty balcony views. Great location.

There’s no AC, and I stayed in July. It got too hot. There is a fan, but still, it was a bit uncomfortable. But the hotel’s very inexpensive compared to all the others in such a centrally located area!

It’s centrally located in the vibrant Chueca neighborhood. And from the hotel, you can walk to all the main sites in Madrid (~20mins).

The hostel is located at the top of the building and there is no lift. While this was not a major problem for me, this could impact people with limited mobility, because I always have reached the hostel at the end of the stairs panting.

Staff is very friendly, and the location is exceptionally central, near to Chueca square where LGBTQIA+ life happens. Room was clean, comfortable with cupboard, sink, TV and fan provided. Bathroom was very clean as well.

The room wasn’t air-conditioned. For the price I paid I’d have expected this especially during summer. There was a fan but the hot air was circulating. Room was extremely compact. Manageable for a short holiday.

Location- right in the centre of cheuca. Staff were friendly Clean room and toilet Had a tiny balcony opening to the street outside. Was quiet considering the central location

The hostel is very central, the rooms and facilities are clean and the beds really comfortable. There was a good ceiling fan too. For a mum and two kids, it was a great base to explore Madrid for the first time, also the room was large enough to be comfortable with 3 people. Of course, bear in mind it is noisy at night, normal in the center of a city, bring earplugs. The shared bathroom is shared only between a few rooms, and is clean. Overall, the hostel is what you would expect in a central location, I would recommend it.

The walls are rather thin so you can hear your neighbours talking or watching TV. Also many of the steps on the stairs are very uneven and should be replaned to smooth them out again. It felt rather precarious walking up the stairs with my heavy backpack and bags. I had to use the railing when the steps got very uneven.

The little bathroom in my room was great! They did a good job integrating it into the room. The bed was comfortable.
