No blankets whatsoever upon arriving, the night auditor gave us very thin blankets and we were cold during the 1st night. Next day they gave us something thicker. There's permanent noise from a generator of some sorts, if the window is open you'll have a hard time sleeping.

500€ for 5 nights for 3 people is an unbeatable price; it is a hostel though, so expect austere rooms. The space outside the rooms is nice although a bit tight. The 5 bathrooms in the hallway are kept clean all day round; they're nice and discreet, because they're not toilet stalls but small bathrooms with a shower and a WC. There's also 2 microwaves and 2 fridges in the hallway which is more than welcome. If you're a young traveller with buddies on a budget this is the hostel for you. If you're planning a trip with your parents I'd pay a bit more elsewhere if I were you, for a little bit more comfort.

Great location next to the subway. The staff allowed us to store our bags before the check in time. The pictures are correct and up-to-date. The towels and a complimentary bottle of water are provided. The room was clean. There are a few bathrooms. They were clean too. There is a functioning a/c in the room. There is a basic kitchen supplied with a kettle and a fridge.

There is not a laundry in the Hostal but there is one near.

It’s near to several train stations and bus stops, near to the camp nou and different stores, restaurants and coffee shops in the area.

They start cleaning other rooms very early in the morning, like before 8. I really think it can be done later to let people sleep more. A staff member was a bit too controlling about usage of the fridge. Bear in mind that there are no facilities for cooking.

First of all, you get exactly what you expect: it’s like on the pictures in reality (I heard that this is not always the case in Barcelona). Clean, with airconditioning, comfortable bed and good showers. They even give you three towels! The location is good too, close to the metro and it takes only up to a half an hour to reach the main attraction. And it was very quiet at night, although to a certain extent it depends on the people in other rooms because the sound isolation is lacking.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Each room has a mini-kitchen with dishes and a refrigerator, which allows you to save significantly on food) From 12 to 19 you can enjoy the pool. Bus stops are nearby and in 20-30 minutes you can already admire the sights of Barcelona. The best place considering price/quality ratio.

Only complaint is somewhat weak wifi in room 121 (one of the farthest). Seemed to be just a bit out of range, as the bathroom two doors over had great signal.

Depending on the visitors it can be noisy... And also the light in the corridor is always on, so you can see it when you turn off the light in your room as the doors are not completely touching the floor...

Overall, everything is quite clean and comfy (wifi, AC with remote...). The staff is super nice and it's direct from the airport. The location is approx. 35 minutes away from the main things to see (except Barceloneta approx 45min).

The bathroom outside of our room was very squeaky which made it hard to sleep at night when other guests would come in and out.

The staff and cleanliness was amazing. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hostel was accommodating and staff made us feel welcome. A/C made it very cool inside on hot days.

It was weird you couldn't use the terrace if the rooms next to it were occupied. Couldn't they just close their curtains if they wanted privacy?

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this establishment. The place was extremely clean and welcoming, which made our experience enjoyable. The shared bathrooms were well-equipped with disinfectant, and the staff ensured that everything was cleaned frequently. A special mention to Liliana, who is an absolute gem of a person. She was always smiling and eager to provide us with tips and information about the best tourist spots in Barcelona and its surroundings. Her enthusiasm and warmth truly made a difference in our trip. Thank you so much for making us feel even better than at home. Your dedication to cleanliness and hospitality is commendable. We can't wait to return!

The inner walls aren't very soundproof but hostel wasn't a noisy place. Occasionally during the night you were aware of people coming and going but again I feel patrons tried to move around quietly. (our flight was delayed for more than two hours and so we also guilty as we did not arrive until 1 in the morning - luckily a 24 hour desk!). It would have been nice to have a larger communal area. Also, as we sometimes made a hot drink in the morning we were unsure where to put our dirty crockery - so a basket or basin in the small communal area might be an idea.

Our son and his partner booked this hostel and we tagged along! The hostel is very close to Collblanc metro station and convenient for travelling to major attractions of Barcelona. The rooms were very clean and simple furnishings were more than adequate for our 5 night stay (split over 2 periods) Our room had a small balcony with a table and 3 chairs (facing back of apartment block) The bathrooms were very clean and we never had to queue to use. Our room had a small handbasin so handy for teeth cleaning and partner shaving therefore no need to hog shower/toilet for longer than necessary!
