The staff only speaks Spanish. English is not available. It showed there was an iron, but when I asked, they said there wasn't. It is located on the fourth floor. There is no elevator. It would be suitable for a short stay.

It is located right in the center of Madrid. Great location. You can walk everywhere. It's a very affordable place for its price.

The room is on the 4th floor of an old old building without an elevator. Climbing the stairs with luggage is horrible. The room furniture is old too, instead of buying a huge smart TV, they could invest that money to renew some things inside the room.. the person who received me doesn't speak English so that's also a small problem.

The bed is nice and comfortable. The location is perfect, extremely close to Gran Via metro station. I could leave my luggage after check out for a couple of hours

There’s few flights of stairs and it can be quite difficult for tourists who carry big luggage. The bathroom is relatively small, even for Asian girls like us with small build. We have to be mindful in turning and moving within it otherwise we might bang on it.

The location is quite convenient, easy access to metro, convenient store.

The fourth floor without lft, 72 stairs till the door. Every day... Noice from the neighboring flats. On weekend - till 2 a.m (night). Even good double windows didn't help.

The room is small with no view, so would not be ideal for a longer stay. It is on the 4th floor, accessed via stairs only. This is clearly stated & I am physically fit, so not a problem for me, but perhaps avoid if you are elderly, unfit or have heavy luggage.

Spotlessly clean. Excellent location just off Gran Via. Air conditioning a real bonus.

The rooms are quite noisy, both for the people outside (the area is full of bars) but also for the very thin walls (I could hear the TV from other rooms)

Great position, right in the center of Madrid. Communication was amazing. The staff is very friendly, they actually waited for me to arrive quite late in the night (my flight was delayed).

The room and the bed itself was very small... not really comfortable. Two pillow sizes provided, but one was too small and the other too big and hard. The bathroom was also tiny and difficult to shower. The room is at 4th floor in an old building without elevator and it requires a lot of effort to bring your stuff upstairs, especially if you bring 20+ kg. Despite the 4th floor, do not expect any silence - the street is busy during late hours and respectively very noisy, people yell and talk loudly and the room is not soundproof enough. If you plan to do a short stay and would like to benefit from the location - this is a reasonable choice. Otherwise I would look for other quiet place to stay.

The staff was so good to wait for us to check-in late (after 10pm) and was really helpful when needed, fixed a problem with internet very quickly and was in WatsApp always available. The location of the place is also fantastic, just in the heart of Madrid. A mini market and fast food available nearby till late hours.

The hotel is located in a good location, everything is very close. You can relax and enjoy Madrid. The host is attentive and caring. Yes, there are stairs, but that's the charm of the old town.
