Air conditioning seemed to pulse between warm and cold rather than maintaining a constant temperature. Power socket (just one I could see) and light switches inconveniently located in the middle of the headboard area of the bed where they could easily be knocked by a pillow where sleeping. Room a little cramped when set up as a triple. I could park outside the hotel for free as it was a public holiday - but I think generally it costs, and it's hard to find a space. Learning - travel to Toledo by train

Helpful English-speaking staff at check-in. Everything worked once you'd worked out how best to arrange yourself around it. Not far from the city centre really.

I am over 6 feet tall (about 2 meters) in height. I liked the apartment, but its sloping roof averaged about 4 feet high; this was problematic. And the parking garage was full of close pillars!

Very nice staff, very good stay, I would stay again :) its nice that the reception is open until 23 but it should have been open 24/7. I am surprised it is not a standard in Spain (unlike in many other countries)

Very thin walls, you can actully hear people wispering next door. Do not expext to fall asleep before midnight.

Free car park is located about 200 yeards from the hotel on the open public space. Right outside there is a Blue Zone street parking that costs 1.70EUR for 2 hours but you can extend as many times as you like. In August you only have to pay hours between 10am a 2pm the rest of the day and Sundays are free.

If you come by car 🚗 . The free parking is 15 min far away but are you have to go behind the football stadium to find the place.. if you leave before 9 o’clock there is nobody the reception…

If you are mobility impaired, the staircase may be an issue. Parking during the week may be an issue.

The attendant was very courteous. The room was updated and very clean. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. Access to Free parking during the weekend on the street. A bus stop was not far. Walking distance to restaurants.

No elevator, bath did not drain too easily, bath had pumps or something that don't work (for a bubble bath), there was one dead bug in the bathroom , no tea (I love tea!) but this might be a Spanish culture thing .

Very expensive for such a basic place. Probably due to the local festival though. A little stuffy and noisy, especially in the morning.

Walking distance to old town. Parking on the street is free till 5pm then you have to pay. There is free public parking nearby to leave the car overnight.

The parking of my car was not a pleasant experience. I paid the hotel receptionist for car parking and was given a remote control for it. I entered the car park without an issue, but when I wanted to depart the carpark early next morning, the attendanr would not open the boom gate for me until I had paid €23 into the automatic machine. I didn´t have time to argue with the attendant and there was nobody in the hotel reception who could help me (start work at 0930hrs). So, I paid the extra and unexpected car parking cost. Make sure that when our members book parking at this hotel, the receptionist speaks directly to the car parking officials to ensure that paking arrangements have been paid in advance. Don´t get caught out like I was.

The location of the accommodation in respect to the sites of the city is good. Plenty of places to eat within close proximity.

For the price I was expecting to be underwhelmed. But it was a pleasant surprise: Newly remodeled, nicely decorated, comfortable, quiet, very clean, and within a 15-minute walk to the old town.
