We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomMy only negative comment is in the bathroom in 103 the entrance to the shower is quite narrow because of the sink’s position not a major problem but worth thinking about if your on the larger size.
The hotel is situated in a lovely little village the room was very spacious with lovely en-suite bathroom very clean and the firm bed was very comfortable the room it provided everything you needed toiletries, towels,hairdryer and TV. Great value for money and very friendly and helpful staff. A bonus being there is a bar attached that serves food and drink. High recommend will use this on our next trip

GermanyNice room for a stay overnight. I got a message from booking.com to klick a link to get a key code.....I missed to do that and after 24 hrs, the link was gone. Waiting in front of the door of the hotel, I contacted the host, writing him, that we needed his help to enter the hotel. No one was around on the 29.4., it seems out of season in Villanua. The host called me up after 5 minutes and we were able to enter the hotel and our room with his assistance, while he was opening the doors via ? WiFi or similar, it was magic. Thanks again. We haven't seen anyone at the hotel that day. So we left next morning on our hike on the Camino Aragones.

United KingdomNoise insulation could have been better but not really a problem. Realistically, you'll hear people walking & talking in a quiet village if you sleep with the bedroom windows open, no matter where you are.
Cheap & cheerful hostal with friendly owner & staff. Nice location in the Pyrenees near Canfranc Station for tourists. Some bars & restaurants a short walk away on the main road for locals and tourists alike. Semi secure parking for motorcycles in an otherwise quiet village. Small room but more than adequate for one when remembering the price.

United KingdomDidn't see a member of staff other than cleaner while we were there. No instructions for getting in were sent and everything was locked when we arrived so it was a bit disorganised. The hotel restaurant and bar wasn't open at 4.30pm when we arrived or in the morning before we left. Outer door was impossible to lock from the inside - none of the guests could lock it despite numerous attempts!
Lovely location with countryside and mountain views from room. Very nice little village with plenty of bars. Good price.

FranceI can't think of anything that I didn't like - well maybe, most of the restaurants in the town were closed but our visit was out of season so our fault not theirs! We did find a little place and that was where everyone had congregated so it was lively and fun!
The location was beautiful and the people were very kind and friendly, especially as my knowledge of the Spanish language was shamefully poor.

We like it here. Rooms clean and comfortable. Quite small but cheap. To get hold of reception you may need to phone number on door. This is the 3rd time that we have stayed on our way from UK to South of Spain. Free parking outside the front door and very quiet. Unfortunately every restaurant was closed for the night (Monday). We may have to stop somewhere else just to get a meal in the evening.

SpainUnfortunately the restaurant was shutting when we arrived, soaking wet, after a long walk in torrential rain. It was still shut when we left this morning at 8:30. Despite walking the camino, we could not eat, or drink, apart from a few snacks and some water we had with us, for 24 hours. We would have liked to have been warned beforehand so that we could make other plans.
The room was warm and cozy. The receptionist was lovely and extremely helpful.
