We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Absolutely charming hotel in a wonderful place! It reminds me The Great Northern hotel from Twin Peaks. What an air! The hotel is not new, but in a good way. Rooms are large, clean, beds are big and comfy, stuff is extremely friendly and helpful.

SpainThis year, in the price of 140 € per day the dinner wasn't included like the previous year so I think it was a bit overpriced.
Idealley located in just ten minutes walk from the river pool and a central point to see The Hurdes. Spacious rooms with huge comfortable beds, pillows and mattreses. Also, the staff were amazing and very proffesional, especially its director Javier.

Very rural setting out of the way up in the mountains . Lovely views , spacious room and bathroom . Good reasonably priced evening meal set menu €18 , and good breakfast.

Everything - a comfortable, attractive modernhotel very reasonably priced in an exceptional rural location. ideally situated between las Batuecas and Lis Hurdes. Perfect tranquil retreat with lovely gardens and views, great service, from friendly, knowledgeable staff that went out of they way to be helpful. Rooms were light and spacious with a lovely view and very comfortable beds. Excellent menu in restaurant very reasonably priced at 18 Euros. Breakfast was included and nicely presented on the table.

great area for nature lovers. good bed and a pillow menu. bath was good too. the gentleman on reception(Manual) was so nice and accommodating, the cafe was closed and he personally made me a coffee
