Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Statesit's a historic building, so no elevators.
Staff was exceptionally friendly, and remembered my name throughout the entire stay. Location is perfect as it's about a 2 minute walk to the Cathedral. A/C worked very well, and the bed was pretty comfy. Overall it was a great stay!

The location of the hotel was excellent and within easy walking distance to all the attractions. Lovely bars and restaurants on the doorstep, yet nice and quiet. Directions to the hotel were spot on and Jose was immediately available to show us where to park the car. His knowledge of the area was second to non and we were made to feel very welcome. Ava was also excellent on our departure, helping us navigate our way off the tiny streets, which were OK and interesting in the car. The hotel was really lovely with lots of quirky areas. Spotlessly clean too. Would definitely stay here again and certainly recommend to friends

The whole package is outstanding from the front staff in Anna to the decor of the entire hotel. Walking distance to the mosque, the bridge, bars, restaurants and the equestrian show at the Royal Stables. Nothing spared in the room to ensure the guests comfort. Can't recommend it highly enough.

SpainIt can be a bit loud at times if your room faces the street but this was easily resolved by closing the double glazed windows. The hotel only serves breakfast but there are plenty of eateries nearby.
Situated right in the heart of the old Jewish Quarter, this hotel is located in a traditional house of the region with several patios, a rooftop terrace and other touches which make it a true delight. Our room was well proportioned with beautiful antiques and all the mod cons. Breakfast is varied, delicious and well priced.
