The fact that you have to pay to use the room safe and a statement that the hotel will not be responsable for items left outside it just make you feel unsafe and insecure if you want to stay. Or what kind of employees do they have to not be responsable for your belongings at the room. Web page needs to be updated and food from restaurants outside don't worth the price. PILLOWS NEED TO BE CHANGED.

Breakfast was amazing, the option to extend a bit the check out paint also a plus. Really confortable mattress and the view from the room was amazing.

The location isn’t good when you want to leave the hotel it’s a hard walk especially back up wouldn’t recommend for older couples or disabled people if they want to leave the hotel, also hotel drinks are a bit expensive.

The part of the hotel we stayed in was tired in places, needed a refurb. Aircon not working, fixed after first day, partially. Had a fan in the room for rest of the stay.

Every towel was dirty and there was some damage everywhere in the room which wasn’t too bad for the price.

We got a much better room with an Incredible balcony and with sea view which we didn’t book. This made us really happy! Additionally when the safe didn’t work it got fixed immediately.

The hotel was super. Perfect location and nice views. The hotel has everything you need to have a amazing stay. The staff was super friendly and the food really good, really good PAELLA!!! I strongly recommend it and we will come back for sure

The sheets were a little dirty when they were changed unfortunately with a few hand marks and smudges. But overall we felt the cleanliness was okay.

The location was a little bit of a hike from Palma center but only a 45 minute walk away. Great views of the harbor if you choose sea view. Easy public transport access to get to the beaches and to the city center if you need!

The kettle in the room was leaking, we were also told on booking.com that breakfast was included in the room price, however this was not the case and we had to pay extra for breakfast each morning. The hotel apologised as it was a mistake on behalf of booking.com. Angel who worked on the reception desk was also great at letting us know local things and information about the hotel.

The location and the facilities were great. My partner used the gym each morning whilst I lay by the pool. We also found a shopping and leisure complex close to the hotel and also walked to/from bellver castle. Good location. The cocktail pool-bar was a hit for us as we sat outside having food and drinks. Taxi drivers also knew the hotel so it was easy to get to/from central palma via taxi.

Hotel was Ok but still needs refurbishment, it's work in progress. But, I disliked the fact that I had to carry the baby carriage on stairs to the pool area and connected part of the hotel where we were located It's a big disadvantage for persons with babies or persons with disability. Also, no kids pool. Breakfast was modest, not so much to choose from, plates not so clean, glasses as well.

I liked the view from the terras.

The room needs modernization, but at least the trash can in the room (not only in the bathroom) and a kettle.

We had to pay for the safe. Also, they took cash for payment of our stay but wouldn't take cash in the bar.

We had a Marina view which was lovely. It was quiet not in season yet. The staff were friendly. Lovely little cafe across the road which was busy had breakfast there. The bus no.47 to town no.46 back was across the road also a taxi rank.
