We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

UkraineThe minor thing is that a pick up was not at the location and for me loaded with backpacks and a 5yo child it was a bit complicated.
I really liked the apartment, the pictures are true. The host was very helpful, they also let us check out a bit later which was very nice of them. The pool is really nice, apartment has everything you need. I missed tea but it has coffee. I would definitely recommend this place.

Fresh, clean and bright appartment, well equipped. Fabulous location, lovely walk along beachfront to town or the port - plenty of bars and restos. Quiet pebble beach 2 mins walk. 10 mins walk from tram with fast, cheap and easy access to Alicante and resorts farther north. Friendly and really helpful staff 😁

United KingdomThere was nothing to dislike.. situated just out of the main town, it was perfect for walking around Vilajoyosa and returning to a tranquil oasis.
Communication was excellent with the Horizonte team, with Jose being really attentive and informative from the time of booking through to arrival. On arrival, we called, and within 5 minutes, we were in the most amazing apartment with spectacular views.

Spotlessly clean, all needs meet iron,hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher very comfortable and relaxing. Jose was available on what’s app very responsive and helpful nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be returning and would recommend.

PortugalThere was some limitations for the luggage storage after the check-out since I would need to pick up back my stuff until 4 pm. The problem was solved by storing the luggage at Blue Line (5 min walking distance).
I stayed in the ground floor in a 2 bedroom apartment with a terrace, with direct access to the pool area. The apartment was excellent, very modern with a great design, very comfy and clean. The beds were very comfortable. All amenities were there, nothing I needed was missing and I did have cooked every night of my stay. The apartment is 10 min walking distance from the Tram station of Villa Joyosa and you can walk another 10 min to the beach always near the sea.

Great place overall. Modern facilities from the building to the apartment. There is parking and it is located in the calmer part of the general area. Some of the apartments have better view (the more expensive ones). The room was modern and very functional.

The accommodation was very comfortable, clean, quiet. Location is on the edge of the main town so nice and quiet but walking distance from all amenities. Everything you need for a self catering apartment , nice and new so good heating / air conditioning , dishwasher, washing machine , kettle , toaster , juicer , coffee machine, hairdryer etc. Lovely pool and Jose was very professional and accommodating.
