You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe staff at reception were terrible- might be an idea if they all could speak English abit better. The hotel is very very very noisy.
The hotel/apartments are very modern and clean. Its a big place with great facilities. Our 1 bed apartment was very spacious. Location is good, plenty of bars, shops and nice restaurants near by plus 10 minute walk to the beach and far enough away from the famous strip. The local pub right beside the hotel is great for a wee toastie and beer.

United KingdomThe chavy hotel guests. The hidden costs such as a tourist day tax which we were asked to pay on arrival. We had to also pay to use the astro, the paddle and the mini golf. The gym was minimal.
The length of time that breakfast was available. The breakfast selection was very good. Having access to the beach volleyball. Walking distance into the main strip. The staff at reception were very helpful.

United KingdomThe shower kept going from boiling hot to freezing cold. When we arrived the shower wasn’t cleaned as was still long hairs in there. Can hear noise in the hallways during the early morning 3-4am when people came back drunk and dragging cases.
The pools were lovely easy access for just walking in. The shop onsite was handy. The square bedside lights in the box were a nice touch. Good size balcony. And good size beds. Breakfast was 6/10. 5/10min walk to the beach so good location.

IrelandI was in this hotel before in 2019 and the experience was completely different to now. It is sad to see how dirty the hotel has become. Starting from the restaurant, some of the "clean" plates to put your food on, were dirty, when I said it to the staff they just nodded and said sorry, but nothing was done about it. It happened a few times over my stay there. Rooms need good refurbishment, scrubbing and cleaning, especially bathrooms. It's a 4 star hotel but it doesn't look like it. The indoor pool area and the two saunas were also very dirty.
Close to the beach, local shops and restaurants.

IrelandI booked a 1 bed apartment and was given a hotel room with no reference to it not being an apartment- when I raised it they said they didn’t have an apartment- and offered me their all inclusive package which I had no option but to accept- it was ok but did not suit my requirements so I didn’t really avail of it - my group was going out for meals so I was joining them and not using the restaurant .

On arrival the hotel staff informed us that we can have 3 alcohol drinks free for our lunch and dinner ONLY as the law in Magaluf does not let to have more drinks out of meal hours. You could purchase them but not have for free. THIS IS NOT AN ALL INCLUSIVE! If I knew I can't have free beer or a cocktail by the pool or out of meal hours, I wouldn't buy all inclusive package. I felt very disappointed as no information was provided when I was paying for the package.
The bed was very comfortable and nice balcony. The location was good too. The room was clean and the little kitchenette very convenient.

United KingdomIt is Magaluf so most of the guests were 18-30 but on our floor, our neighbours closest to our room were so noisy going out 10pm - midnight & coming back 2am - 6am. Shouting, screaming, football in corridor, banging & knocking random doors. No issues during the day as they were either in bed or by the pool.
Lovely modern hotel. We had a 1 bedroom apartment which was roomy, modern & with a large balcony. Staff were happy & helpful. We didnt use the pools but the areas looked really well kept.
