My experience with remote check-in is always that people are not watching their mobile phones constantly forgoing messages. Same here. it took a while until I get answer and the telephone, like I always experienced with these kind of remote check in, was not answering. so make sure that you check in or contact the host hours prior your arriving. Don’t book and then immediately go there that is probably not a good idea. Besides that no issues.

It was, till now, the best automatic entry system. Instead of various number combination, it has had a key card, which made it very easy to access without checking the number in the mobile phone. Room looks, by the photos, not very inviting, because it’s all white but in reality it’s very clean and comfortable. It was a lot better than expected.. The bet was very comfortable and they had a very convenient topper on the mattress. New air condition, which was working excellent, and was badly needed. It’s in the center, so around the place are a lot of restaurants and bars very nice for breakfast and for the last beer before bed. I slept very well and can recommend the place! It is an excellent value for money.

Good location, easy to check in, lovely owners, good mattress (bed) with perfect pillows. Great shower with soap. Clean cotton towels Kitchen facilities Flat TV with everything, including Netflix or YouTube. During sleeping hours was nice and quiet. There is also a cosy smoking patio

Only 1 shower room (and 1 toilet) between 6 bedrooms (potential 12 guests). Central location on main Paseo, but not ideal for parking/arriving by car (my mistake).

Functional bedrooms (6 in all) - off a central corridor, behind the main apartment front door. Comfortable double bed. Was in contact with Charlene, who was very helpful and 'checked me in' (remotely)

everything is modern, I loved the possibility that you do your own self check in, so you can come and go whenever you want. the position is super nice, close to the bus station and in the center.

The owners (which I saw once) were all smiles but not really helpful. Others wrote they went above and beyond but they were not customer friendly to me. I am not the kind of person who likes to write bad reviews but communication with them was very hard. They didnt reply to some things for days and were difficult to reach. I asked about 8 times whether I could leave my heavy rucksack for 2 hours after checkout time. At the check out time they said (after I sent 2 messages again and made a phone call, which they denied by the way) I could leave it unattended and contact them if I wanted to collect it again. While contacting was difficult, I chose to carry my heavy rucksack as I didnt want the chance to miss my train. I told them I was not happy and again no reply, so bad communication and very difficult to reach.

There was guy as quest , very loud making breakfast early in the morning, but our room was next door to kitchen, last morning he was really loud,and then started talking on phone. So my partner asked him to be a bit quiet.

Amazing experience with Hispania house, we stayed in for 3 nights with my partner, it's great location, very clean for great price 👍 had few rooms,rest room outside, isolated but still on fresh air and can be used as smocking area, kitchen,even oil,salt, pepper was there , two showers with toilets, hair dryer in bath too. Small but comfy room,we don't needed much,just for oversleeping, with TV and fridge,desk ,chair, and few different types of lights, so yeah, highly recommended place for people who looking for great area and clean place. Also had huge bath towels . We would defi go back ✅👍All doors on cards, even camera in highway,shower gel and shampoo was provided too, in bathroom was cool mirror with light and another small mirror for lady's make up.

I think the only problem , might be getting out when no one is around if you leave your key behind you can't get out the front door, and then you can't get back in . So that might be annoying for you as guest would be ringing you at 5 am like almost did, maybe I was doing it wrong , What about a box downstairs at the entrance for departures. ??? Just an idea

Water pipes are noisy, and every time there is water somewhere, you can hear a loud pump, a bit annoying. From the bedrooms close to the kitchen you can here everything is happening in the kitchen, and vice-versa, so if there is someone cooking at 7:00am, forget to sleep. Bedrooms door don't close very well, and apart from noise, you can also see lights in the common area, it's a bit annoying if you have the door in front of your bed because each time it's like if they are switching on a led strip in your room. It could be solved isolating a bit more the door. I don't like to have the fridge in the bedroom, and to switch it off wasn't easy so I had to leave it on. The "desk" is a bit squeaky, and too high because it's above the fridge. So also the chair should be higher than usual. Usable to work, but not a very good setup.

Bedrooms are clean and comfortable, and in Huelva area is probably the best solution considering the ratio quality/price. With remote check-in is also safer in these covid times. Common (clean) bathrooms but I never had to wait in two weeks, and with UV lights they are also safe. In the heart of Huelva, close to many cafés and supermarkets. Big desk with comfortable chair. Free washing machine and dryer. For any issues, the owner is always available on WhatsApp.
