We have stayed here before which was a reason to retutn. It was only for one night on our way to the south of.Spain so we didn't have the opportunity to use the facilities, which apprear to be excellent. We didn't have breakfast, but our dinner was superbe.

The only "but" for me was the bathroom of my room: the shower/tub had no door to isolate it from the rest of the room! Quite a complicated setup for a double occupancy!

Nice hotel with modern style, clean and comfortable. The little indoor pool and sauna is a very nice touch and a perfect way of finishing a skiing day. The staff stepped out of their way to make us feel like at home and the restaurant waiter always had a nice conversation and recommendations for food and drinks.

I believe this hotel needs an upgrade, some furniture etc is very out-dated, and the equipment in the gym was also very old. The hotel has a very high potential but needs some investment according to my point of view.

Location is very good and the hotel has a very nice garden. The ladies at the reception are really customer friendly they want to help you with everything. Biescas is a nice small town, and from the hotel it is just a very short walk. I would ask for a room with garden view

Old property needs renovation, if you eat in the restaurant you get a little bag of salt instead of proper salt, not that well maintained (other than the outside area of the pool), completely dirty windows. In general rooms felt more like 3 star hotel. Towel were not changed every day and then they make us pay for extra towels what we wanted to use at the pool. Wet towel from the room floor they left to dry in our room on the heater.

The staff have a serious problem with manners or customer care. The worst attitude of any I have met. This probably stems from the manager who pointed to his staff and walked away from my wife and I smiling saying he couldn't speak English. The air conditioning was insufficient to cool the room to a comfortable temperature to sleep in. The room does have a fan under the main light but caused an uncomfortable draft at night. We had the worst nights sleep on the holiday. The bathroom/ shower arrangement is most odd. They are separated by a glass panel which meant at night to put the toilet light on flooded the whole room with light. In the dark you could walk into the edge of the glass which is very dangerous. Other reviews say similar. Very off-putting. A ridiculous arrangement that would put me off staying. The hotel boasts two pools but the outside pool is only available in season the staff told us, offering different dates when it was available. I booked the hotel specifically for the outside pool so very disappointed when the sun was shining and a glorious day and we couldn't use it. The staff didn't care or apologise. Would I stay again? Better hotels in the area with more caring staff.

Boescas is deserted on Monday Tuesday Wednesday so it is a downer. The hotel pool is nothing good and not very clean. The rooms on the pool floor are great but on the upper floors are like in the 80s, we complained so we were moved to the pool level rooms. The brwakfast is good.

Arrived to be told we could not buy a drink or a snack, bar closed!!!! Evening meal was a disaster, under staffed, my wife's food a microwave warm up and partially cold..... Not impressed 🙁

Dysfunctional design is probably the best summary of this hotel. Some examples: We did not find any way to control the heat in the room and it was blasting hot during the day until around 12am (could not sleep beneath the covers) and around 3 am it was uncomfortably cold. The shower was located IN the bedroom which is very awkward if you want to make calls while somebody else is in the shower especially because the only desk (which only fits 1 person in a 2 person room!) is located directly across the shower (full webcam view ....). The WC is just separated by a thin slide door which pockets in - you can hear everything.... Remember, this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel! More things: We looked everywhere for a do not disturb sign - couldn't find it. The shower in the bathtub had no curtain just a very narrow glass window so the floor (remember this is also your room!) is wet after every shower. Also the room is very noisy, the hotel was nearly empty and we heard everything going on in our neighbors room. This would be OK for a small 2 star AirBnB but not a 4 star hotel.

The price which was not too high for Spain (ca 80$ per night off season). The town is also quite nice.
