You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Family atmosphere and quite. Very comfortable room, nice stuff, good prices at the bar, zone for kids, swimming pool. Perfect view for the mountains and good base for hiking.

Amazing setting. Very modern and comfortable but adapted to the local architecture. The members of staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and very good value. Great outdoor swimming pool area with amazing views.

SpainLogistics from the parking of the hotel to the room Hotel needs a bit of refurbishment in the common areas Personnel of the reception not very commited (there was a heavy snow fall the day we had to return and we specifically enquired about the state of the road in the descent from Cerler to Benasque. They said everything was ok due to the snow removal machines work and we decided to start the trip. The result, no work at all from the snow removal, 40cm of snow in the road and harsh times to go down the road to Benasque despite the 4x4 vehicle we were driving)

location is ok, they have a shuttle bus to the ski lift but waiting time can be long.
