The decor was a bit old and the lift jolted to a halt. The surrounding area felt a little bit unsettling especially at night. There was a high police presence on the streets.

The hotel reception team (John Joe) were great. Under gound car park kept our vehicle secure at E18.95 a day. The location was ideal for the places we wanted to visit.

Minor issue, but the garage access is through a lift, with a max rate of 2000kg. If you have a large car, you may exceed it. And a motorhome will not fit.

The shower was difficult to use so that was annoying.

As mentioned above, silence is a hotel's strong point... until noisy neighbors move in next to you. We spent 2 nights at the hotel and one of them was terrible. With constant walking, neighbors singing, open doors, etc. until 2 am. When I finally got dressed and was about to go out to yell at someone, everyone shut up. Probably should have done this earlier... In general, some randomness. I hope future guests have better luck :).

Slightly mixed experience. But let's start with the strengths. The hotel is located in excellent accessibility to the city center, but at the same time on a fairly quiet street. So if you are lucky with your neighbors, you will relax and sleep in complete silence. In fact, this is one of the valuable properties of hotels located in the center of large cities. The continental breakfast doesn't offer a lot of variety between days, but it's varied enough to comfortably serve several days in a row. The hotel itself is obviously not new. One can feel a slight “fatigue” of the interior. The rooms are small (at least we got one). But the rooms themselves are clean, excellent mattresses and pillows, and a bathroom without any complaints. In general, we can recommend the hotel, especially to those who love comfort and silence and are willing to not pay attention to the little things.

- very worn out - we had no ventilation in our room and bathroom - breakfast limited and repetitive - our room was on the 2nd floor and faced the back of the hotel/ inner backyard; it goes without saying that it was very dark and cold - the room was also very small and crammed; little to no room to move around the bed basically

I like how comfortable the bed were and the bathroom. We really appreciated the tip given by reception about where to go and what to do. Tips were relevant and we enjoyed them. Most popular places are at a walking distance. It is well located.

Overall very good stay. Hotel is in central area, located very close to Iglesia de San Pablo, 7-8 minutes walking distance to Plaza Espana and around 15 minutes walking distance to Plaza Pilar. Room was big enough and comfortable. Good bathroom.

Since we took a room on the side with the street, during the night it was a bit noissy because of the cars. At breakfast the only thing I would have loved to have were some vegetables.

The room was big enough and clean. The hotel was very well placed with quick access to Auchan or othet markets and 10 mins max from old city center. The breakfast was very good as well.

Room style with sink, toilet and shower separate, not used to it but also curved room entrance ! Area was scary at beginning but honestly was not bad!

Clean, friendly staff namely Mr Douglas, Miss Nadia and Miss Nuria, they really made a positive change to my trip as I felt not comfortable at beginning by room shape or area. They turned this around to a nice stay, thanks!
