No complaints. The hotel was ideal for our 3 night stay.

Room, bedding, pillows, bathroom all good. On site parking using a lift which is quite an experience. Perfectly safe if a bit pricey at 19€ a night but public car parks would have cost a bit more and not be as convenient for loading and unloading luggage. Very good breakfast with great choice of foods. Fridge in room comes with small complimentary water bottles (not minibar). Room well serviced both nights. Location - about 10 minutes walk to edge of city attractions means you need to be reasonably fit as there is a lot more walking involved in getting round the many things to see in the city. The hotels location actually helps in that the Aljaferia Palace is in walking distance in the other direction. Our room overlooked a busy street with many buses passing but the sound insulation was good so traffic noise was not a problem

Our room was quite noisy, so we could hear the neighbours watching television and snoring.

The location was very convenient: close to the city centre and to the Aljaferia palace. Also a bus stop within 1 min walking. Also good value-for-money ratio.

% There is no sound proof but it is not important for us , but I sometimes hear the noise in the public hallway % The parking is 19euros per day ( good price in the whole area ) but it comes with the Car Lifting which means the car cannot be exceed 1700 Kg . Or you can not park in thier parking . So I went to another parking (suggested by the reciption) which is 21euros per day , with 24 hours security guard . % The mini bar fridge is not functional and too small

the neighborhood is not for kids especially at night. however I did feel safe. needs some renovation especially in the flooring (wood floor in the room, dirty carpet in the corridors). even though there is a cafe in the ground floor nobody was there to serve.

big and we'll equipped bathroom and closet. very nice breakfast. the staff were usually ok but when help was needed they were very servicing. good lighting. close to the tram stop and the city centre.

Hotel a bit dated, but not a major issue for me

Hotel super clean, good breakfast and very friendly staff. Location is excellent, just 5 mins walk from the old town, restaurants and main tourist spots. Considering price of accommodation in Zaragoza this is an excellent mid option!

Expensive parking for a motorcycle.

Good position. Parking on Site handy but expensive. Change of room due to stained bed but no problem. Had breakfast which was okay. Only one coffee machine working.

The breakfast was OK but I expected better from this hotel. Scrambled eggs and bacon was clock cold and only one coffee machine was working leading to long queues for hot drinks.

The man on reception welcomed us very well and explained the process for the underground parking and breakfast etc. Beds were comfy and air con worked well. Parking was expensive at €19 per day and your car is parked underground where your car was taken down to the parking lot via a lift /elevator

There was garbage in the bathroom from the previous guests. We took it to the reception and the receptionist very kindly apologize to us. A little mistake from the cleaning team but that didn’t ruin our stay. The neighborhood is a little bit weird at night, but we didn’t had any trouble.

The private parking (we descend with our car in an elevator), the size of the room (it was perfect for our little kid and us) and the bed was very comfy. The afternoon receptionist was very nice and friendly.

The a/c could not be controlled. Even on heating it blasted cold air into room. Had to turn off. Sad/dead street.
