Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesAll bathrooms share the same ventilation area. So while in the bathroom you may end up listening to your neighbors if they are loud. The garage next door could be a challenge but staff is very kind to give you options and explain this. You can walk some 500m and park in a city space that is much more spacious.
If you want a hotel in the very center that has a parking this is your place. Excellent value for money. Though rooms are small. Ask for upgrade if you feel a room with no view is not for you. We liked the breakfast that was varied and abundant.

Nice hotel in the center of Murcia. Good sized room, with big and comfortable bed. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices.
