Had a "Superior room with sea view". Room was a little smaller than expected. Sea view not quite as on pictures, as the balcony is next to a wall on one side and there are surrounding buildings blocking some of the view. But still an enjoyable view.

Very nice hotel with nice staff. Good breakfast. Enjoyed the sea view. Clean hotel. Reasonably close to the beach across the street. The room was well equipped with things to make the stay comfortable. Easy to find a car to get in to downtown. Also enjoyed walking on the beach promenade.

They state there is a gym but there is not: just an very old stationary bike, and two more outdated things, crammed in a very small space. Unusable. Hotel room also cramped, small. Location: busy street in front so lots of of traffic that starts early in the morning. Lots of noise during the night when garbage from the hotel gets collected and containers get dragged through the corridors at 3 a.m., making a horrendous noise, and I am not a light sleeper. I was there 4 nights and this happened twice.

Good beds, tiny little fridge in room. Coffee and tea in room. Lots of great towels. Very friendly personnel, especially the cleaning lady. Small balcony.

Dirty floor in the toilet. I saw multiple strands of long hair on the floor. The wall is very thin. I could hear the conversation from other room. After long long time, I knocked on the wall and the person talked softer. The doors slammed so loudly. This could be the design or structure of the doors. There was one time I felt even vibrations in my room from a slamming door. So, people started running, talking/yelling, drunk?, closing and opening doors starting from 4am till 6am and I wish I had a pair of earplugs.

It is near the beach and easy to find good food.

The room was small, and the furniture quite old. The soap dispenser didn't work, and we asked the reception to change it. They said they will, but didn't, which was annoying. The shower had limescale on it, and it was not the cleanest.

Location next to the beach and easily accesible from the subway. You could purchase coffee from the lobby, which was convenient.

- WiFi did not work in my room at all, recepcionist offered to bring someone but the person was arriving after 9am therefore I needed to move ahead with the WiFi of my Phone. - TV did not work, this was not critical for me but true that I wanted to watch something before sleeping and could not :). - only weakness on breakfast - kiwis were not ready to be eaten.

Basic room was small for two guests; the bed was not a full size double and there was hardly room to navigate. Upgrades were offered but then the stay would have become expensive.

The breakfast buffet is exceptionally good, with plenty of local delicacies. Top location in a lively yet not too crowded neighbourhood and close to the beach. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful.

Reaching to reception through stairs. Small room with very small cabinets. Balcony door, chairs old. There are not enough hangers for towels or clothes (It can be really difficult in summer if you are coming back from the beach). Very good location for summer maybe, but for other times, it's probably a little bit far away from attractions. Around 50 mins walk to Sagrada Familia... If you like long walks, no problem!

Stuff exceptional ! Check-in, check out without any issues, kindly and swiftly. Room cleaning, tidying very well. Nice sea view as requested.

The hotel staff are very nice, and very helpful, you have the option to get breakfast at the reception if you didn’t book it prior to arrival. We didn’t because we wanted to have brunch out during our stay. We stayed for 4 nights, they clean the room and would change towels whenever you want them to. They cleaned our rooms around 2 pm so keep it in mind of you go in and out of the hotel several times like we do, but maybe other rooms are before, but this didn’t interrupt our room cleaning. The hotel is very close to the beach and around 20 to 30 min away by transport from all attractions in Barcelona. We found the easiest to do is walk 7 min to Poblenau station and take L4 almost everywhere with different connections.

Bathroom equipment and fittings require repairs (shower, bidet). There is no duvet cover in the room. Instead, a duvet is sandwiched between two sheets. The outer edges of the quilt, yellowed in places, were sticking out at the sides. It's unhygienic and unsightly. This is discouraging from revisiting this property. I'm disappointed. The standard of the facility does not deserve 4*.
