This is a small family run hotel and ALL of the staff were amazing and very friendly and welcoming! I arrived very late at night (after midnight) but one of the staff (Javier) was still waiting to greet me with a very warm welcome. The hotel really felt like home from home and the level of cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptionally good, not only in the rooms, but also in the public areas too!

Best hotel ever! So cozy , so beautiful ! Everything is new , bed is incredibly comfortable! Stuff is very friendly and helpful, its not easy to find such services in spain! i can 100% recommend this Hotel ! And i will come here again for sure!

The hotel is further from the town than we expected. We had a late arrival so it suited us to stay in the hotel rather than walk to the town.

The hotel is beautiful. Very clean. Lovely staff and very friendly. Lady at reception gave us details of surrounding area to visit. Parking at rear of hotel. We ate in the hotel lovely food and breakfast.

We were a bit disappointed about the swimming pool. On photo it looks very big but in fact there is only a small part available for swimming the major part is only a few centimetres of water.

We liked everything: the spacious room with dressing, the garden with terras. The kind staff and the very good breakfast buffet.

Any criticism would be harsh.

My daughter and I had a lovely holiday visiting friends. The stay in the Horel Herbeira only added to this super holiday. Firstly, the family that runs it and all the staff were fantastic, friendly and so helpful. They really were the cherry on top of our stay here, and we can't wait to come back. Because the hotel isn't that big, you know that you are not just a number, but a welcomed guest. Every day, we were greeted with friendliness and humour on top of professionalism. No hotel is perfect, and I think that you need to look at yourself if you feel the need to complain about anything here. Pete.

The only very slight downside was that it was 15/20 min walk into town, which in itself was ok, but there is a short stretch of road just before the hotel that doesn't have a pavement to walk along. No problem at all during the day.

The hotel is in a wonderful location overlooking the town and the bay. Our room had a lovely ´viewing area´with two chairs where you could sit and enjoy the views. Also, everyone at the hotel we had contact with were really friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent cleanliness throughout the hotel. And the breakfast was great!

There was nothing to dislike The host spoke English which was a great help as neither of us speak any Spanish (Hope to rectify this during the winter) We felt really welcome.

Everything The hosts were really friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble Lovely room with a beautiful view and very clean and well appointed. The breakfast was exactly what we wanted but there was a lot more on offer. No restaurant but we were served a snack in the evening (toasted sandwiches which were delicious.
