IrelandWe wished for the hotel to have some sort of convenience supermarket on-site, rather than having to go to the Montebello hotel below, and it closed at 5pm while we were there. It would’ve been nice to have some sort of concession stand in the reception where you could buy a few things and pay at the reception. The pool was lovely, but the sunbeds around the pool get snapped up fast so you have to use the sunbeds on the other side (behind the bar) which they call a ‘solarium’ - which isn’t bad at all, but it’s always better to be as close to the pool as possible and that was something we dealt with most mornings (Trying to get down early to use the sunbeds closer to the pool). Also, it would’ve been a bonus if the bar was open until 6pm or 7pm. To clarify though, we really enjoyed the stay here and these weren’t major issues.
The hotel was extremely clean, modern and cosy. The hotel receptionist Manolo was so friendly and really made my family and I feel very welcome. The hotel being adults only makes it so ideal for a relaxing holiday when you’re travelling as a more mature group. We were given two rooms beside each other and they were directly above the swimming pool so we had that along with the full view of Puerto Rico to look at from our balconies. While the hotel is situated very high up in Puerto Rico, it is easy to walk down to the main part of the town with some steps down across the road or by using the elevators in the sister hotel, the Servatur Montebello across the road, which gets you down lower very fast. A taxi back is recommended to avoid the climb back but it is not a hassle as taxis are very available at your convenience. The rooms were comfortable, everything included and no hidden extra charges. We had a safety deposit box, a TV and remote, AIR-CONDITIONING, and pool towels all included - which some hotels in the area we stayed in before had extra charges for these facilities. Rooms have a small kitchenette, a small living area and a modern shower room which is very inviting. Everything in the room is set for two guests comfortably. The balconies are spacious and have a drying rail for wet clothes attached to the wall. Laundry services were available in the Montebello hotel. The rooms were cleaned daily and we received fresh towels a lot during our stay. The pool is fabulous and is a very relaxing area with a drinks and food bar open until 5pm. Servatur Hartaguna is definitely worth looking into as a place to stay when visiting Puerto Rico. Definitely worth the price we paid for 11 nights as opposed to some other hotels with less things included.

The hotel was stunning. Rooms were beautiful, hair dryer was powerful, USB and USB-C ports beside the bed were a great touch. Balcony was big. Aircon was great and came on automatically when we entered the room. The double beds at the pool were amazing. Cafe has amazing food and cocktails. The pool was always spotless.

Lovely hotel, very reasonable price. The beds were the comfiest I have stayed in for a long while! Free parking was also an added extra. Close enough to the town center to walk. Lots of steps on the way back but we enjoyed the exercise.

It’s shocking that it’s only 2 stars, it looks more like 4-5 star level from the design and feeling. The pool is a bit small but it’s amazing, infinity pool style, with a view to ocean and city. We can’t wait to go back! Beautiful design, new building, solarium with all the amenities. Brilliant for the price.

IrelandPool a bit small, happy hour from 12 to 1pm which we thought a bit early. It's a very quiet apartment complex so it may not suit everyone.
Our welcome on arrival, the staff were fabulous,the modern room itself with a sea view, lovely blue towels in our room instead of the standard white, free pool towels, pool bar area lovely with a lovely sea view, food delicious and decent sized portions and value for money, cleaning service great. Ideal for a quiet relaxing holiday.

United KingdomIf I had one thing to moan about which is insignificant in the grand scheme of things it would be that there was no tea bags/coffee, I know it’s self catering but this would have been a nice touch.
Really modern with good facilities, had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Check in and out was quick and easy, getting to our room they had put a big bottle of still water in the fridge which was nice as we arrived late. Provided with pool towels as well as normal towels which saved us from buying some as we only had a small luggage bag, maid service regular which we appreciated. The pool was lovely, not big but perfect for what we needed. Pool restaurant was average but we only ate there once. Balcony was a decent size with big comfy chairs. Beds were some of the comfiest hotel beds I’ve ever slept on. Shower was decent. We had a hire car and with parking on site we paid a €20 deposit for the barrier key to our space which was refunded after we left. Reception staff were friendly and helpful with any questions. Location is good being close to the main strip and big shopping centre, it is down a steep hill with lots of stairs so we walked down and got a taxi back for €5 which was well worth the money. Being close to the strip the noise with the balcony door open was quite loud but with the door closed it was really sound proofed, along with the curtains which blacked out the room completely it made for a good nights sleep. It was the perfect hotel for us and we’re already looking at going back next year, loved everything about it.

United KingdomThe bathroom could have been cleaner, I noticed a few hairs in the corners of the room. Also, really needs a better system for people arriving at late hours. Although we had given our arrival time as 10pm and it says reception is open 24hrs, this is not true and you are unable to even get in the front door. After ringing the buzzer a few times with no response we were wondering if we would have to sleep on the doorstep. After about half an hour we tried the buzzer again and someone did answer, turns out this is manned by staff at another Servatur hotel opposite. Not sure why they do not always respond immediately to the bell, but a few nights later we came across another couple having the same problem who couldn't get in and had been waiting over an hour. If the system is that you need to go to another hotel for after-hours check in then this really needs to be communicated to guests.
Super lovely staff, comfortable rooms with a nice view. Great air-conditioning (which only turns on when the balcony door is closed - very clever!) and WiFi. Very quiet at night. Free parking is available, although it can't be booked in advance so you need to be lucky when you arrive! Thank you for a great stay, we would definitely come again. H

SwitzerlandThe only improvement point would be the schedule of the pool bar. Indeed, the pool is open until 7pm while the bar closes at 5pm. It could be nice that the bar stays open until the closing of the pool.
The apartments are new as they just open. Therefore, everything is confortable, nice and pleasant. It is also very clean and there is a private parking. The pool on the rooftop is real good.

I can not recommend Servatur Hartaguna enough. Gorgeous rooms.Extremely comfortable beds/pillows. Staff are incredibly attentive and friendly.I wasn't aware before I visited that this is a completely non-smoking complex. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Puerto Rico after my stay here,it really did exceed my expectations.

No cereal bowls Iron faulty Could not get attention of anyone for service at breakfast - they were working at the end of the kitchen area despite me waiting for 10 minutes. Had to go to place across the road. They were friendly and breakfast was good. The service was good unlike here. Smaller than it seems in picture
