Unreal location, attentive staff, boutique hotel atmosphere

Nothing, everything was perfect. The only thing I would say is the drinks and food are expensive, they have a captive audience as nothing really surrounds the hotel dining wise.

Gorgeous location overlooking the sea and in a rural setting. The pool and sun beds were all very private so it never felt overly busy.

The wonderful view, the amenities, the employees were ALL so friendly. This is not your typical clubbing hotel but a very nice secluded private five star hotel, just what we were looking for.

Some of the staff was uninterested and most annoying was the long explanation about tipping at the reception. Totally not 5 star service…

On the negative side, I was very surprised and disappointed to find on the final charges a request for a service charge (ie a tip) for 10% of the total bill, which came to a further €500. This was optional but I found this to be exaggerated. The food and drink prices are already pretty elevated and I tipped as I went each time. So to find a further ‘suggested’ €500 extra for the stay is a bit pushy and frankly poor practice. I have not seen this before in all of my travels and left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth.

If I had to be super picky, I would just say the hotel is far away from anywhere else in Ibiza. But if you hire a car or take taxis, it’s absolutely fine. Smart tv would be better in the room for when you want 30 minutes to chill out. Maybe a few more shaded areas around the pool.

An absolutely stunning place, amazing views, with a gorgeous pool and sunbathing areas. The bedrooms are beautiful with the most unreal views! Food was so tasty. The staff were amazing and so so friendly, they couldn’t do enough for you. The tour we were given on day 1 was so helpful. We loved everything about our whole stay and I have never said that about anywhere I have stayed before!

I recently stayed at a hotel with a perfect location and stunning views. The facilities were unreal, especially the spa. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean was unforgettable, and the spa treatments left me feeling rejuvenated. The staff provided exceptional service, making my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

Booked the hacienda has a special 2 night treat at the beginning of our holidays. Simply amazing, probably the most beautiful hotel i've stayed in. Expensive but worth every penny. The friendly staff, the views, the rooms, facilities, especially the pools are perfect. Hard to choose a highlight but think its the quality of the food!! Breakfast, poolside snacks and the Evening meal at Eden are all incredible. Thankyou Hacienda & see you again soon

Gorgeous location, but for a fixe star, not inexpensive property, it’s probably time to freshen up the decor — rather cheesy paintings everywhere and generally a mismatch of furniture. It feels like to property is trying to level up but has t quite gotten there. Despite this, I would definitely stay here again. We stayed for four days and every day we liked it better and better.

The pool that is to go through spa and have to pay extra €40 each person that shouldn't be like that and service charge at the end of whole stay 10% should state or been told at the beginning And can't go anywhere from the hotel so have to stay in and enjoy the views

The place was completely smoke free, but a guest tried a cheeky smoke and unfortunately passed through some of the vents in our room. Not necessarily the hotels fault but still frustrating

The reception and spa staff didn’t have 5 star hotel welcoming and customer service. They need to have a more friendly and approachable attitude.
