Soundproofing wasnt great at all, I can hear everything in other rooms

The room rate was pricey but we had to rent the larger room for 2 beds to allow our teenage kids stay with us. The one room rate was still lower cost than getting 2 separate rooms.

Modern interior design. Bathroom was huge that had double showers and nice bath tub that is almost as large as room and complementary fancy bottled water and coffee machine. Great location, near different restaurants , cafes, bakeries, and souvenir/clothing/dept stores. If we are back in Barcelona, we definitely will consider staying here again so we can further explore the area as we only stayed one night to get on our cruise ship (about 15 - 20 min. by taxi to cruise terminal) the next day.

every thing was great.

the hotel was amazing and so was the staff. loved the roof top bar. the room was amazing we were upgraded which was awesome. will return when we go back next year. and will also tell our friends.

H10 Universitat was a lovely hotel! The location is great - close to Las Ramblas but far enough away from the noise and chaos. The metro is about a 2 minute walk from the hotel. The area is full of restaurants, shops and coffee shops. Also after 4 weeks of travel, we needed and found a great eco-laundry, Splash, about a 10 min walk from the hotel. Upon arrival, we were able to check in early and were upgraded to a bigger room because it was available. Much to our surprise, staff delivered a plate of tasty chocolate coved strawberries! In the afternoon, the reception has complimentary refreshments in the lobby. The beds were so comfortable the bath was large. Will definitely stay here again! The staff was amazing!

Very clean properly, looks modern and newly furnished. Staff were very helpful and proactive in informing me of road closures and suggested alternatives in getting to the airport. Doorman was also very friendly.

Room was a little small with view to a parking garage but we weren’t in the room much. You can hear doors slam loudly at night.

Friendly and helpful staff were the standouts. The location is also centrally located.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel the welcome was amazing. The staff were so accommodating with special mention of Noelia and Arianna who were so helpful. Beautiful spacious room with fabulous bathroom. The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by great restaurants and shopping and the rooftop bar was fabulous after a day out.The breakfast offered in the hotel was excellent.Public transport is a very close walk. Do not stay anywhere else in Barcelona.

Very friendly staff and helpful. Room very clean, bed size was good. Great location to visit sites. Good closet space for storage. Safe worked and was bolted down. Nice lobby and they have a rooftop hang out with a bar.

Location and the staff.Superb service specially the male front desk on 5/5/2024 who helped us until we get a taxi to get to the port because there was a marathon on the city.We almost missed our 11 day cruise if not for him particularly.He is a great asset to your hotel.Sorry forgot his name but he was on duty on 5/5/2024 morning shift.

Room was somewhat compact and quite noisy from neighbors at times. Easting and drinking options at the hotel were limited.

The lobby bar was closed and the restaurant was only available for breakfast. I was told that we could go to the rooftop bar to order a drink and bring it down to the lobby which I found unacceptable.
