The room was very basic. We were asked to pay extra for getting an ironing board in our room. For lunch and dinner there we had to pay for water, but was free for breakfast. The food was very similar every day. The water in the shower kept changing from cold to very hot.

Comfortable Bed. The pool area is nice. The staff at the reception was very helpful when we asked for a quite room.

The room wasn't 100% clean Lots of finger prints on the surrounding area of the patio doors on the brown metal part. Being a cleaner myself a little degreaser would of done the trick. And sink wasn't clean in bathroom it had yellow muck all around. Apart from that the rest of the room was lovely

The staff are really helpful and loved the beautiful bar area Bedroom was lovely but see below for just a couple of cleaning comments.

Lights on the balconies are not possible to switch off. So, they stay on till midnight, so if you want to go sleep before midnight with doors opened to have some nice fresh air, there always be the light.... Also the beach infront of the hotel has a steep entrance to the sea.

We did like the pools. Unfortunately some are just for H10 club members. Food was OK, just there is very small choice of vegetable.

Band played at night which was loud and after a long trip to get there we needed sleep. Beds are a little too firm for me.

We had a partial sea view as requested but the room looked directly onto a rough ground area with diggers on it. Disappointed for the extra cost of the room. Also my sons had a double bed instead of two single beds but were moved to a different room on day 2 as requested. Some staff in the restaurant were unhelpful and unfriendly in the hotel. One day we were told not to sit on a table for five as we were four but then the table did not get used. This was a bit uncomfortable.

Good food, good facilities especially the entertainment and beauty department Reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

Definitely not 4* but not a 3* - somewhere in the middle. Buffet food average at best. Kids pool not all working & lifeguards should pay a little more attention. We booked junior suite and as they’d been overbooked we got downgraded to a ‘superior room’ which had not been refurbished. It was tired and dull. The compensation offered was to be upgraded to all inclusive which would have been great if we didn’t have a young child so we didn’t get the benefit of the cost difference. Handled well by staff but still not what we wanted.

Location and communal areas were great. Piano bar & table service was lovely. Kids club was well done although we only used it for an hour when a bit chilly. Kids pool area was great but not all working. Fresh food stations where food cooked in front of you.

Very poor service from the staff. Very noisy animation program every evening running till late, so enjoying the evening on the balcony was simply impossible.

Our room 272 was disappointing, I would not regard it as a sea view considering what we paid for it. I also didn't think changing us a daily rate to use the safe was necessary. Either add it to the room rate or don't charge, its not as if it costs you anything for us to use it. A better wine selection in the bar would be good.

Inconsistencies in the rooms ie some had kettles, others didn't, some TVs had all the UK channels others had only one, some rooms are more modern than others which are a bit tired. The food in the pool bar is pretty bad.

Great location a short walk to a lovely beach bar and lovely restaurants of La Caleta. The pool areas are nicely done with lots of trees and plants so you don't feel like you're in a big hotel. Great breakfast choices. We loved the bar area and the staff were very friendly.
