There were no tea making facilities in the room and no ironing board but not a major issue.

This was our 2nd visit to H10 White Suites. Good sized spotless room. Lovely buffet breakfast and lunch in the restaurant (we were half board and swapped dinner for lunch). Comfy sunbeds around the pool. Short walk to Dorada beach. Supermarket over the road.

Did not like the buffet dinner every night. Was very variable, some really good some really bad and got a bit boring. If I stayed again I would do b&b but a bit too far to walk for dinner out every night in the town or in the marina

Sunbeds all bagged by 8:30. Couldn't get a coffee to further relax in the restaurant after the evening meal. Had to leave to go and get one at the outside bar where often there were no chairs available. No kettle in the room. Coffee maker yes but we don't all drink coffee.

Food great. Helpful staff. Reception helpful. Asked for kettle which arrived quickly. Requested upstairs room when booking which we had.

Only downside was the hotel pool bar to eat at lunch time. All tables were for 4 people but lots of couples so lots of wasted space and people waiting for others to finish lunch at the busy times and therefore having to eat later at 2.30/3

General hotel set up and facilities were amazing. The food was very good but the evening meal they ran out quite quickly and some things were not replaced. Drinks were top notch, spirits were top shelf at no extra cost. Pool was lovely and enough beds for all guests with no-one getting up ridiculously early in order to secure one.

We were half board and felt the food in the dining room for evening meal was not the greatest. Poor choice, slow to replenish and the food was not piping hot and not of a high quality. Breakfast was always very good.

The pool bar waiters need more training, they have no observation skills, and people where always having to ask to be served. We used to go to the bar and get our own drinks, as you could wait ages to get served. Once they eventually took your food order, the food came quickly. The pool, and pool area is very small for size of hotel. I also didn't like the singers by the pool during the day, and the DJ went on so long I had to go back to our room for some peace. This is a personal choice, as I like peace and quiet when sunbathing.

Nice spacious room cleaned daily. Friendly staff particularly the staff on reception. We only had B&B, but did eat in the restaurant a couple of nights, and it was ok. Breakfast was fine for us. We had no problem getting a sunbed, and managed to get the same sunbeds every day, and we didn't get up particularly early.

Do not like having to get up at a silly early hour to get a sun bed….all retired people on beds by 830am …. I went to White Suites for a rest but unless we played the sun bed game we did not get one and had to go to the beach and pay !

We went for the breakfast and dinner buffet option, the food was very poor for both sittings. Cold & beige. The Buffet section itself could have been set up better. The pool area was small compared to the number of suites and guests

The noise from the builders who were about 50ft away from our room and the cold pools I am sure i read that one was heated and I do enjoy a swim

Swimming pool a lot smaller in reality than they look on the photos. Not enough sunbeds, towels being put down from 7.30am onwards, too stressful considering we were on holiday, we went to the beach instead.
