Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SpainThe two restaurants were very poorly organised, nothing flowed right and many diners wandering around, in search of cutlery,crockery and assistance, during breakfast service. The evening meal was slightly better, but a lot of the food was cold and not rotated quickly enough. Dirty plates were also in evidence, having not been cleaned properly. Not what I expect from a four star outlet.(although I did read this on feedback, I believe in try ourselves).
Loved the layout of the Hotel and location at the lower end of poniente beach. The skybar and evening cocktails in the clouds, although supplementary payment, it was definitely a sight to behold, with excellent staff interaction.

United KingdomThe room that we was in was 4102 on the 41st floor with excellent views along the whole of the beach line albeit the room needs updating especially where the fridge is, as the cupboard has mould around the bottom corners as I presume the fridge has leaked many time times in the past. The bathroom has a couple of tiles missing that needs replacing over the shower entrance and shower rail is hanging off the wall. The breakfast was very basic and kept running out of food and all nationalities had to keep asking for the trays to be replenished. We ended up having breakfast outside.
The cleanliness of the rooms, hotel facilities and entertainment areas was excellent, we could not fault that at all. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful indeed. We had a massive all day reception and festive board there on the Saturday and the food & service was amazing, we could not fault that at all.
