The staff was friendly. Booking asked us to upgrade but in fact when arriving at the property they explained us that somehow a mistake was made by booking - and the room we got instead was a downgrade from the original booking. The staff was very friendly and told us they couldn’t help us as the hotel was fully booked but did try their best. Booking on the other hand has been very poor in terms of the support after we’ve shared a complaint about the false upgrade via the app.

Perfect hotel conveniently located to explore the whole city, near big public transit stations and still in a quiet side street of the city. Comfortable duplex with stylish interior design, good beds and clean room.

The two-floor room that we had was not so practical. It starts with having to lug your luggage up the stairs, cups hidden in a corner of the room where you do not expect them, the room was kinda dark since it was on the basement and the transparent shower glass meant that there was no privacy while showering. A half-frosted glass would have been the ideal solution between looking modern and yet giving a bit of privacy.

The location was very good, close to many restaurants and convenience stores. Breakfast was excellent and the toiletries and bedroom slippers were of very good quality.

Noise isolation need total rework .can hear the street sounds on the second floor even when the windows are closed . Toilet flushes and showers in other rooms sound as if they are in your room

My a/c didn’t work on day 1 - it was repaired day 2 but it made my first night’s stay on a hot summer’s day/night very uncomfortable. There is no bar here (but a good little restaurant next door) & the pool & gym are really small.

- Wifi is very bad quality, need to use 5G all the time to book different visit or organize the stay. - lot of noise after 10PM (from hotel guests or neighbors), not convenient for young children. - Parking should be included and lower (35euros for all day, but if you take car you still pay other location parking - aka 80 to more euros just for parking). - breakfast buffet expensive (40 euros for buffet per person), we went to downstairs coffee and we had one for 2.5 Euros per person…

Location is quite convenient, close to different bus station, quiet location. Room was really big and clean. Swimming pool in the hotel also comfortable.
