We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff were really helpful. Different locations for swimming, activities for kids and right in front of the beach. 10 minutes from the airport. Cleanliness was excellent. Definitely worth the stay and recommends.

United KingdomI had booked the Grand Palladium white Island resort but on arrival i was told that the hotel i had booked was closed due to lack of occupancy. The manager did however upgrade us to a deluxe suite and gave free access to the spa. There was no evening entertainment due to the season ending. I would recommend this hotel only during the summer season.

United KingdomThere was absolutely no adult entertainment throughout the hotel. The sports bar outside didn’t have any lights. There was no music playing absolutely no ambience whatsoever and I found the hotel was very badly lit at night.
The all-inclusive restaurant was very average I have had much better, and we did try the all-inclusive restaurant in the Palladium Palace, which, to be honest, was much better.

RomaniaI didn't expect that almost all other guests are families (with kids) or elder people, so definitely not the place for young party-people. Pool water was too cold to enjoy, probably not heated. Hotel is actually getting old, so pictures are a little bit misleading. The cleaning staff was very intrusive and always eager to clean the room as early as possible, I was always living with the fear that they are entering the room.
The food, very varied and very good, highly recommended. The sea view and the palm trees are a delight for the eyes, loved it. Comfy bed, drinks for free + all other amenities that you would expect from 5 star hotel. I would recommend this place, but value for the money only worth it if you account the food price.

AustraliaThere was a bad smell coming from the air-conditioner in our room one morning. They offer too many paid extras in the resort which undervalues the all inclusiveness. Check in process is very long winded.
The beds are comfortable and nicely sized bathroom with spa bath. Our room was close to the main pool which was nice. Not too far from the top clubs in Ibiza. Buffet has a good variety of options available. Aqua fitness class was fun and entertaining.

United KingdomShowers are terrible, with poor water pressure and no control over the temperature. Almost scalded myself before it went freezing cold every time it was used. The standard rooms are quite small, and the bathroom is tiny.
Great location, staff are all very friendly and expansive food and drinks selection. Mini bar restocked daily.
