We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandIt was nice to get a treat delivered to the room every evening but maybe just keep the treats as chocolates or biscuits. We got a luggage tag and little bags. I don't think we will use them and with policies now of cutting down on unnecessary waste maybe you should discontinue those items.

United KingdomThe hotel pool is a little small for the size of the hotel. However, it is understandable, given its prime location.
Hotel staff, cheerful and helpful. Rooms with seaview balconies, perfect. No ironing board, so I ironed on a towel on the floor, but room cleaners set up an ironing board in the room after they noticed my dilemma. Frontline on to the beach. Very enjoyable stay.

MaltaThe food at the Pool bar is not good. This could also be that it was extremely busy and it might be a good idea to keep the menu limited to sandwiches and burgers. Staff are good though. Be prepared to stand in a long queue if you choose the breakfast option in peak season.
The Bedroom is awesome. Large compared to other hotels. The bathroom is well designed and a good size. The water pressure is wonderful. We had a Sea View room with a beautiful view and balcony. The cleaning staff are friendly and efficient. Someone changes the mats in the lift early every morning to show what day of week it is. The pool area is lovely. Right on the beach and has comfortable loungers around the pool. We did not have the breakfast option. Lots of restaurants and coffee in the area.

This is a beautiful hotel in the perfect location in Calpe. Super modern inside, rooms are very large for the price. Will be back over and over. Free water and snacks while you check in. Amazing views and rooms. Ideal location. Large soft beds. One of the best I have stayed at.

United KingdomCYCLISTS !!!!!!! ...... in full gear - lycra shorts and noisy shoes - carrying bikes in the lifts to their rooms and wheeling them around in the corridors and reception. Very busy breakfast room - having to dodge other guests and navigating between tables. Too much queuing for some food and drinks items, some items left unreplenished for too long. Orange juice machines dreadfully slow. Our room lacked appropriate space for clothes - no drawers anywhere except one very shallow one in the desk, limited shelf space all at virtually floor level. Bedside tables miniscule (just enough table top for a lamp and a hotel telephone) and not properly functional. Only one bathroom basin with virtually no space each side for keeping toiletries etc. Basin plug did not stop water flowing out. No toilet brush in the loo. Towels not replaced for 4 days.
Excellent reception and bar staff. Very spacious room - perhaps too much space! Splendid breakfast buffet selection. Room on 6th floor overlooking the beach with a magnificent view of the sea and the Calpe rock. Very nice open plan bar and lounge area.

PolandThey have like 5 or 6 different types of pillows, but I could not find a perfect fit. But I got to add that I had the same situation in every other Spanish hotel I've ever been in, so I think this is what is available in Spain. Its not big of an issue, cuz I was sleeping like a baby anyways - it's only about a back pain in the morning when you wake up which is going away after breakfast - I know myself and I know that this kind is due to a pillow not keeping my head straight during sleep.
Hotel is very very well located. Breakfasts are great, the staff is friendly and helpful. What else would you need for a quick recharge ? The weather was great when we stayed there and the balcony view was brilliant. The hotel is also "adults only" so no screaming every 5 minutes during breakfast :)
