Truthfully, the only one thing I can think of is it was the most expensive hotel we have ever stayed at! But it was worth it! Wish I could have stayed a week and indulged in the spa!

We particularly loved the service and the private concierge with the red level club. Being able to return back any time of day and having refreshments and a cocktail or two immediately at our service was an extra treat. The concierge was extremely helpful in planning top notch private tours and explaining the sites of the city. We dined one night at their restaurant and had an amazing piece of fish in a Thai curry broth. The location was central to everything we wanted to see. They even sent us off in the early morning with a boxed snack! We couldn’t be happier with this pick.

The staff and the attention to detail sets this property apart. From the front desk attendants to the Concierge Desk, maid/room service the dining servers— they know how to make you feel at home and promptly assist with any of your needs. The dining and common areas/outside lounges are lovely. Get a Red Level room for the extra dining perks — so worth it! The room we had on the 2nd floor (Red Level privileges) was fantastic value. I felt the room service menu for vegetarians could be better - saying that the vege club sandwich is the best I’ve had .

The suited are amazing , very tastefully done , the spa is fantastic and the rooftop pool and hot tub whilst cooler than one would expect is great , the location is very handy , a lot of the landmarks are within walking distance and love the tasteful paintings and murals within the building .

The Experience Manager was quite rude when we walked from the Red Bar area up to our room carrying drinks. We had no issue with that not being allowed, but we found her approach very sharp. There was no information to tell us that wasnt allowed

Bath was quite large making the shower area very tight but other than that loved everything.

Breakfast was amazing, room extremely comfortable i would say one of the most comfortable beds i have slept in at a hotel. Location was central walking distance from many of the sites and shopping close by. Great restaurants surrounding. Hotel restaurants were also very good.
