We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SpainDriving back from the north we needed an overnight stay half way through the trip, so found this hotel just off the motorway. For us it was very easy to find and easy to park outside for free. Plenty of parking - there's a bus stop just outside, but we got an uber for 25 euros to the centre of Madrid. Lunch was great and they served it at all hours, breakfast was very good.

PortugalThere is not much around the hotel abs you will need a car to go anywhere and do anything you might need.
The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. There was a very sweet blond lady working in the restaurant on the evening who was such a sweetheart. She was very efficient and always with a smile on her face. Other than that, the hotel was extremely well cleaned, our room was spacious and also spotless. It was nice to have a gym in the building even tough it is very small.

My room was a good size but the bathroom was really nice and big. The bed was a single bed and I don't really remember whether it was too comfortable or not. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would stay there again.

GermanyOnly a small complaint that the room was close to the common dining area and some group was quite noisy but this was over before late night. Soundproofing in the room could be better as you can hear everything if someone is outside in the corridor. Since the location is far you need to plan in case you need to visit the city center often.
Very clean, comfortable and more budget friendly than inside the city center. Close to Las Matas railway station for accessibility outside Madrid. Quiet neighbourhood with no party noise as in the city center.

United Arab EmiratesNo pool, No room service after 23:00, Bar closes at 23:00 and personal is very strict with that. No willingness to service. Missing that extra touch of hospitality. The lower floor has a stair and no elevator. Beware with heavy suitcases.
Free parking in front of the Hotel which gave a secure impression where to leave the car. The double bed had a very comfortable mattress.

NetherlandsFor a 4-star hotel one expects a bit more extra facilities such as gymnasium, sauna, swimming pool or spa of good quality. The hotel has a gym but very small and noisy, and only one sauna which didn't look that friendly to be used.
The room and bed were comfortable, and the airco worked well once one is in the room. The hotel has an ok restaurant, as well as other 3 or 4 restaurants at walking distance as well as a large supermarket. Parking is free in the street and there is plenty of space.

SpainThere are few places to eat nearby at walking distance, city center is a 7 minutes drive but return takes a little longer.
The hotel is very comfortable, clean, staff is excellent. One thing I would suggest is to add a simple coffee machine but the staff provided me a water boiler so no issue.

Upon arriving Carlos greeted us, accommodated us, and informed us of breakfast times, taxis, metros, renfe…. Mr. David from the cafeteria and the entire cafeteria staff was beyond hospitable. Breakfast was delicious and included Nespresso Expresso as well as a variety of foods. Rooms were exceptional- comfortable beds, spotless bathrooms, … All around an exceptional stay and made us feel right at home.
