Some of the rooms looked a bit "shabby". The toilet seat had a crack which made it unconfortable to sit on. There were issues with the hot water to shower.

Staff were friendly. The entertainment in the evening was excellent and really should be the selling point. Wish we had dinner there as we saw some amaxing dishes being served up. We eventually had a pizza at the very end of the day and it was lovely.

Only one negative was that I found the bed very uncomfortable and the pillow was unusable, although others might be ok with it.

Upstairs noises from room above us as it’s made of wood so woke our daughter and us up at about 11pm. Not enough cutlery in the room

Booked a suite which was supposed to have a separate seating area, Apparently this does not exist Moved us to a quadruple room which had a sofa by the bed. Shower in the evening was cold, In the morning was lukewarm

Rooms are just above the main restaurant room - live music on weekend evenings are great thing, but if you look for quiet space on weekends remember, that this place might be quite busy and noisy.

Very friendly staff, speaking both spanish and italian. Great neighbourhood, beautiful garden, and spacious parking space. Rooms a bit tiny for a longer stay, however for 1-2 night it does not disturb at all. Thank you!

The atmosphere at night, although nice, was 100 procent Italian. Not exactly what I'm searching for when I'm on holiday in Spain. The pool was just a consumer pool, a big one, but a consumer pool nonetheless. Breakfast was not the buffet type. You needed to ask for ham or cheese if you wanted it. Therefore it didn't meat the expectations of other hotels we stayed in, anywhere.

The style of the place was fantastic. The place was old, but in a good way. The garden had a lot of atmosphere. The atmosphere at night, a lot was going on. Live music.

The room and bathroom are a bit dark and they feel “cold”: please change those hospital-like blue halogen bulbs to some nice and “warm” bulbs 🙏🏻🙏🏻 Also I would install some nice decorative led-lighting system that would definitely change the cold feeling into a warm impression in the rooms.

Beautiful wooden building with its charm. Flavia and Claudio were very nice, also the karaoke nights are fun! They have their own Italian cuisine which is nice, tasteful coffee with vegetable milk! Good prices for the rooms! We originally planned to stay 1 night but ended up staying 3. A bit away from the beach (you def need a car) but that guaranteed a nice family atmosphere and very quiet nights with no drunk British people. Small room and bathroom but they have all the essential facilities you need (plenty of shelves/hangers etc).

The shower was a bit small and the pressure wasn’t what we are used to. But it was a private bathroom! Also, at our own fault, it was far away from a lot of touristy places.

The people who owned/worked there were so unbelievably helpful. A wonderful gentleman gave us a couple of lifts from Casa Giuliana, they also called taxis for us too. They were always so happy and friendly! Also, I don’t know if it was because we were on holiday, but we both had a really lovely sleep too!

The room was basic and needed some upgrading. The surroundings were boring.

Up in the countryside close to the airport. Run by a very nice italian family. The food in the restaurant was exelent, best pizza for a long time. There was a realy welcoming atmosphere. It´s not a luxary hotel but you have all you need.

Not a good value for money. The appartment is shabby,older equipment, ants everywhere, they were in all the food we had there so we had to throw it away :-( it is not as clean as we would expect it…

Old style room with old furniture uncomfortable bed making noize every time I move at night feels like earthquake. Bedroom on the top of a noisy restaurant people singing and talking loud up to 1am. Location in the middle of nowhere and expensive for what you get

Facilities. The beds are loose and not comfortable at all, the water pressure is very weak and to get the hot water you need to run it for a very long time.
